The entire staff has been so supportive and understanding throughout my journey over the past several years. I came with a loss of hope and never imagined that I would find a solution. I have battled thinning hair for over 20 years due to having anemia and hypothyroid. I was given renewed faith and self confidence with the assistance of the Hair Club. They offer many solutions and will caringly guide in making the best choice for a solution that is perfect for each individual. I highly recommend them to all men and women looking for a non-surgical solution and a safe environment that won't impose judgement on such a sensitive subject for many.

The front office staff and management are always professional, friendly, and nice. I have had appointments with all of the stylists over the first year and all of them are friendly and very competent. Over the past year my stylist is Eli and she is an excellent stylist, one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend HC of Portland and will continue to be a customer here for years to come! I came to hair club in April of 2017 after struggling with hair loss since my late twenties. Now in my sixties I needed a real solution. Everyone in the office was fabulous. I was nervous, scared, embarrassed and unsure about the whole process. When I arrived at the building the signage was discreet and the staff were very welcoming. The consultant was very knowledgeable about the different options and explained everything thoroughly, then answered all my questions. There were no high pressure tactics at all. I decided to proceed and I can say without any reservation that it has been the perfect solution for me. I love the products! My stylist is the best, she is great at her job and makes me feel special at every appointment. This decision has changed my life. I no longer worry whether it will rain or the sun will be too bright or the wind will blow and reveal or exaggerate my hair loss. As a woman who has lived with hair loss, it made me feel inadequate. It is men who lose their hair not me. I would tell myself it shouldn’t matter, I shouldn’t be so vain, but I found myself avoiding events and activities. Since this change I confidently walked down the aisle at my daughter’s wedding, I have water fights with my grandkids, I take hikes and I am more comfortable meeting new people and attending events. If you have been thinking about i change I encourage you to do it. I will change you future

My Mom went to the one in Madison Mississippi. The hairdressers were good but the Center Manager was a nightmare! Was a waste of money. I could have been told that I was to far gone at the beginning instead of the end. At the last treatment the computer was shut down, no pictures were taken. Could not wait to get me out the door. Pictures were taken three times during the year. I spent $3,525.65 and did not get my hair back. Extra $850.00 for a laser Helment. Don't waste your money! Out of products a lot. Was told I would get it at the end. Still waiting on them to be mailed.

I finished year two in April of this year. I haven’t been back and do not plan on going back. In 2017 I started treatments and for the first 3 months saw wonderful results but my hair was still falling out. They told me that was normal. Not much changed after 3 months. My hair was as thick as it would be. During this time I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and lost 25 lbs over the course of 8 months. The hair that had grown in, fell out. I talked to the Madison manager about it and she said I could get some biotin and collagen to incorporate in my EXT regimen. Ummm... I’m giving y’all $250 a month I’m not crazy about having to spend money on other stuff. I did it anyway. She also told me to eat more protein. Al I eat is chicken and turkey and spinach... No change. I still use the products but if anything my hair is getting worse.

To be blunt... HairClub saved my life. Prior to finding HC i was severely depressed. Anyone experiencing hair loss knows it’s difficult but for a woman in my 20’s it was devestating. I stopped leaving my house except for work. I stopped participating in my life. I would not swim, sweat, or be intimate. I was suffering. To be frank, i was having suicidal thoughts. Once i found HC I never looked back. My consultation was amazing. I felt safe, not judged, and like my consultant Julie (who is also the manager), really understood me. Best of all I felt that she really wanted to help me. I met other staff members and was very moved by how warm they all were. I left that consultation with hope. I got my Xtrands Plus new hair about one month later and I cannot express enough how happy and relieved I am!! Amy my stylist gave me a sexy modern cut and the whole team took the best care of me. More of Hair Clubs happy clients should review them - now that I have been there for a few years I see tons of happy gorgeous clients working their hair- and A LOT of women! I highly recommend HC of Portland to any one experiencing hair loss.

I've been going to Hair Club for about a year now, about twice monthly. First off, I'm so glad I became a client. The transformation from gray/bald to a full head of hair is amazing... I'm still in awe! I feel like a young man now, walk a little taller and definitely notice the occasional flirt :-) It's one of the best decisions I've made in my life and I recommend anyone going bald to consider the system. My hair stylist, Summer, is fantastic! Great personality, fun, does an outstanding job and makes it worth the 1.5 hour drive to see her 2x each month. Summer's got talent, very knowledgeable with styles, great haircuts and color... and a nice smile. She always gets it right, but if there's something you're not very keen on, she'll stay until it's perfect. She's a definite asset to Hair Club of Portland. Keep up the great work. I'm a client for life. Kudos!

I’ve recently been using some products from the Hair Club Madison & I am obsessed with it. I was apprehensive at first, but the manager convinced me to give it a try, promising that my hair would be healthier, smoother, and easier to detangle. After the first use, I could immediately tell a big difference. My hair is now silky smooth, healthy, smells lovely, and the product detangles my long hair in a matter of seconds. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are sensitive to what their clients are going through and several of the people are clients themselves. Losing your hair is a very upsetting thing and they can help you deal with all the issues surrounding it. You walk out feeling better about your self and have a beautiful head of hair you could only dream about before. They also work with you should you have any questions or concerns or the dreaded hair emergency.
