I am currently traveling around the US. Getting a good color and cut is often very difficult. I could write a book about bad experiences. Carrie did an awesome job today! So thankful! She listens and is exceptionally skilled at her craft. Great customer service!!!!

The girls there are SO rude. Told me my hair was a "rats nest" and not to mention they dyed it the wrong color. They gossip about each other a lot which I find unprofessional. Also they put me off when I was there FIRST. "This man is a doctor and he usually tips well so I'm gonna go ahead and do him and you can just wait" like... ?? He walked in after me. So unfair and SO rude. DONT go to this trashy place. Literally every hair stylist that works there is white trash.

Told the woman twice before she started I just wanted my hair thinned out. Before I knew it she was shortening my hair and it was too late to stop her. The back of my head looked so f'ed up after she done I just want to cry every time I see it or touch it.

Third time here haircut was good service was not. Was passed over twice for other customers who came after on my 3rd visit.

I left the mall sobbing. Amy Davidson cut my hair. She was extremely rude for one, was looking at passerbys more than my hair. She was extremely rough combing out my tangles, and I'm very tender headed. But the worst thing is that I have extremely thick hair. I showed her a picture of a hairstyle I wanted, of someone else with extremely thick hair... and she used thinning shears ALL OVER my roots. My hair is 1/3 as thick as when I walked in, it's horrible. You NEVER take thinning shears to a womans roots without asking if that's what she wants. It's going to take at least a year to grow out and get my hair back to itself.

Had to wait a short while, the stylist was on break. She did a fantastic job though. No complaints here.
