Boss Lady's Luxury Hair definitely has the best hair in the Jackson Metro area. The service is friendly and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable about the different hair textures and lengths. I am never disappointed with their service. They also have very good competitive prices!

Salon workers make fun of clients after the clients leave the store. The front desk worker had a horrible attitude when I purchased my hair. The set up is pretty but the atmosphere is very unprofessional.

Staff have bad attitudes. Front desk person did not even greet me when I arrived nor did she make eye contact. She acted as if she had an issue when I asked her about the hair textures. Hair is decent but I will not be back to this establishment and would not recommend.

The hair is very thin gets tangled and is very nappy also sheds. Worker was rude when I purchased the hair. I do not recommend.
