Do not go here unless the manager/owner is present. Workers are horrible and do sloppy work. I went for Senegalese twist and got home to boxed parts in the back of my head. Take someone with you, they will try to get over and cheat you out of your money. IMG_2626.jpeg

The people in this shop is beyond rude. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They don't explain anything plus they wanna talk to you any kinda of way. They're unprofessional and the rudeness is on another level.

Shop was suppose to open at 8:30, but the first braider arrived at 8:45. Walked in the shop and it’s filthy; McDonald’s and hair is all over the shop. They spent 30 minutes cleaning and taking trash out. This is pathetic! SN: When I made an appointment, the owner never advised me they moved location.

I have been to the shop several times when I do wear braids. I’ve been serviced by several of the techs, Fatima And BB. They are just a little bit higher than other places, but their shop is always very clean, you will not leave looking like something sent for and can’t come and you will not be there all day. Fatima And BB in particular do excellent work. The braids do not fall out the next day. You definitely get what you pay for. And I am a very picky customer. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. I will be sticking with them.

Call and stop at the shop to check on nubian hair .They have a picture in the window with the hair, when I stop to ask about the hair one of the ladies try to tell me about the hair and said that they had it in but, the other said no. So she just gave me a piece to see what I needed. The other lady was very rude. No hair store have nubian hair in Jackson. Order from Amazon. When BB is out of town do not go. Will not open on time, only two ladies work and not play around.

I used to go to this salon. i have had very bad treatment there. it is so rude to talk in another language when u have alot of customers in the shop like they did. i remember the first time i went i was in a lot of pain, i asked her not to braid it to tight and i promise you it felt as if she braided even tighter when i told her that. and then the owner bebe started talking in a different language and laughing to the girl that was doing my hair. this is just over all not a good place.. respect the people that pay you.

Hey, idk what will happen to this Lady after today!! But this younger than the rest looking lady has a very NASTY ATTITUDE!! Fighting with the owner using profanity and very disrespectful as well as unprofessional!! Not the owner but a worker there!

Abby and all of the ladies there work very hard to please their clients. Now, there were some rude clients. I wish more people behaved as if they had some home-training. I will be back.

I called in to ask her a question and she was very unprofessional and rude! Sounds very lazy I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to this fool! I've never seen her work but with that attitude her work must be ugly as the way she answered that phone!! Sad to say..
