I had a Groupon for a haircut and foils, the haircut was allright, but the color of the foils did not turn out what I was expected, turned kind of yellow vs auburn. I had Lauren as a stylist. May return but only for the cut, will do color somewhere else.

Very disappointing service! Very unfriendly and rude staff! I went to get my hair colored and cut. The color is almost not visible at all. All that they cared about was money and just money. They didnt care about the output or customer satisfaction. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF AND THE SERVICE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Getting an appointment was super easy, they had available appointments for same day which was the first red flag I missed, I came in on a Saturday afternoon and there were absolutely no customers when I walked in and throughout the entire time I was there. I came in for a balayage with a picture from Pinterest showed it to the stylist and she said she could do the exact same look (see pictures for reference). However, my hair did not look even close to what I wanted and when i said this to the stylist, her and the other girl there tried to convince me that this is what a balayage look like (really? I think the pictures explain it all). The other girl then also said that the picture I had was not ombre (yes it was not, it was balayage which is what i came here for, she then said “oh they’re the same thing “ no they’re not. If you’re an experienced stylist you should no that ombré and balayage are not the same thing. Anyways, my hair look liked neither of them. They were very rude after I said I am not happy and my hair doesn’t look even close to what i wanted. It was a very bad and frustrating experience for me. I would never go back or suggest this place to anyone.

I called because I was going to buy a groupon for an all over color, haircut and blowout. The salon told me to skip the groupon and come in and they will honor the groupon price. When I came in my stylist was Lauren. She started pretty quickly and it seemed like she finished coloring my hair in under 20 minutes. It was very fast. I have hair down to my butt and very thick. I was concerned at this point but went along. She then washed my hair and then combed it with a regular brush. I have never had a salon comb my hair with a regular brush. She didn’t even use a comb once and probably pulled out 1 lb of my hair. So for a blowout I was then expecting loose curls with my blowout and I basically got a regular blow dry. She then was like okay all done. My hair wasn’t even straight in some places and I was confused why there weren’t any curls. My hair also looked blotchy and I brought this up to Lauren and she stated that “it’s just the lighting”. So she then quickly curled my hair. It looked very all unprofessional. I’ve never had a stylist do my hair so fast and not even take the time to clean the color off of my face and neck. Yes there was color left on my neck and face. I’m very disappointed at how Lauren reacted to me telling her my color didn’t look right and blamed it on the lighting when in reality it was because she applied my color so fast and clearly missed spots. Paid over 105$ for this service and I’m upset I even did. If you go there then I guess it needs to be made clear that you aren’t in a rush and YOUR HAIR COLOR AND STYLE MATTER TO YOU. So now I’ll have to have my color fixed elsewhere and pay more money. Don’t go here and expect to get the results you want.

Something came up last minute and I had to cancel my first appointment at their shop. I wasn't made aware of the $25 late cancel fee and when I tried to call back to reschedule they wanted to add that to my first appointment. Tacky.

I haven't dyed my hair in a few years and was ready to freshen up my look! I got eyelash extensions and beautiful highlights. My boyfriend couldn't even recognize me. Will absolutely be back!
