We made appointments for blow outs while in Minneapolis on a girls weekend visiting from up north. First off I want to say as soon as you walk in the door of this salon you are greeted and offered beverages and basically feel like a queen. The space is unbelievably gorgeous and airy, wonderful big windows that let in all the natural light. The vibe is fun fresh and upscale without the pretentiousness. Our blowouts were superb, we all felt like goddess's when we left. I am considering making this my go to salon and just making the trip down to mpls more frequently for my hair. Im spoiled after this visit.

I had the most amazing experience at Evolution. I am very new to the Minneapolis area and was in need/search of a new hair stylists. After lots of research and review reading I chose to go to Evolution, and I am so happy I did. Mike did my hair and it is the best haircut I have ever gotten! Not only did he welcome me so warmly, but he listened to exactly what I had in mind for my hair and then gave his own professional advice on what we could do to my hair to get the most out of it. I've never had a stylist give such good recommendations while staying true to what I wanted. This coming from a person who has had over 10 hair stylists, Evolution will be my permanent hair salon.

I had the best experience getting my hair done a few days ago! I had my hair colored by Julia and she was amazing! I recently had gone somewhere else and was unhappy with the result, she was recommended to me, and she gave me exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere in this salon is very modern and perfect for the younger, laid back crowd. The staff were all so kind, and fun to be around!

Michael has been my stylist for over 10 years. While I no longer live in Minneapolis, he is my go-to for special occasions and a treat when I am in town. After living in multiple cities, he is by far the best stylist I've met. The price you pay for your service is a steal for the high caliber talent, spectacular service and chic ambiance of Evolution. No where else can you find stylists fully committed to their craft that will make you look and feel absolutely gorgeous. Elegant, luxurious, and welcoming salon with great energy and modern decor! Great natural lighting as well. There are many talented, trendy stylists (especially Hayley!) who are kind and fun. The office manager, Bre, is so wonderful at making people feel comfortable and appreciated. Love this place!

I have lived in MN for 7 years, and have changed hairdressers/colorists at least 10 times because of inconsistent, bland, or blasé service. I know there is a lot of hair talent in Minnesota, but I didn't see it or experience until I was recommended to visit Evolution and specifically to see Catlin. WOW! I have been getting my hair done at Evolution now for the past 4-5 months and I haven't been happier with my hair in, like, ever! The salon has a gorgeous atmosphere. The products are top-notch. And while I've only seen Catlin for my hair, I can tell that everyone who works there is a very accomplished and talented stylist/colorist. At any given time, the salon is always comfortably full, and everyone is always looking fabulous when they leave from their service. While it is a little more expensive than some of the salons I've been to, it is well worth the extra expense.
