Having been to many Drybars around the country, I can happily say that this one definitely stands up to the brand with perhaps even better customer service than I've experienced at others. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating, the stylists are excellent, and the owner, Erinn, is absolutely lovely. She seems to always be in the salon chatting with people and it's clear all the people working there really like each other, so the vibe is very relaxed. You can always expect to walk out the door feeling and looking better than when you walked in, and the best part is how efficient they are - the whole thing takes under an hour and I have very long, thick hair. Highly recommend!!

Had my first ever blowout and it was a dream! My hair was gorgeous, I've never seen it have so much volume. The products used made my hair smell divine and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Choose your look from Drybar's "Look Book" or consult with your stylist to see what would work best for your hair length and texture. You won't regret booking an appointment. Promise.

I absolutely LOVED my first trip to Dry Bar today! The space is bright and comfortable, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the blow-out was amazing. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about product and services but it never feels like purchases are being pushed on you. If you need your hair done for an event, special occasion, girls night, or just a relaxing afternoon I highly recommend Dry Bar! I will be back for sure!

I visited Drybar Birmingham for the first time on Friday and I am blown away by my experience. Sarah S was my stylist and she gave me the best looking blow-out and my hair is still bouncy and shiny 3 days later. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel so welcome in the salon. Ashley at the front desk has exceptional customer service skills. I talked to her for quite awhile and she was such a joy to speak with. She made sure I had everything I needed plus helped Sarah and the other stylists. There was another girl at the front desk, I didn't catch her name, but she was cleaning, stocking product, checking out clients and making sure everyone was happy. She did a great job. Overall I am so excited I visited and can't wait to go back in two weeks for another blowout with Sarah. Parking was easy - street parking is a $1 per hour or there is a parking deck around the corner from the salon. The salon was clean, the bathroom as well was stocked and clean and everyone was just so friendly. Plus having a glass of champagne while you get your hair done is a great bonus! :) Ashley gave me a big hug when I left and I truly felt like I was part of the family. Can't wait to go back!

Everyone is so friendly! Such a fun environment to relax and watch a chick flick while you get your hair done. I love that they explain what they're doing and why they're using certain products. Super helpful!

The shop is beautiful!! Erinn the owner is awesome and gives over the top customer service. The sweet girl at the front desk, Bri was so kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved my blowout from Kelli! It was exactly what I wanted. I love the products, the shop, and location. Just love everything about it! I will be back regularly!!

Let me start my clarifying that I LOVE everything about Drybar. And I was extremely excited to see one opening nearby and been looking forward to try the services offered. I booked my appointment via phone for Sunday, June 23, 9:15am. I walked in at 9 am to a cold welcome. I got checked in and sat to look into the menu. The stylist came, greeted and asked what I was looking into. I showed/told her, Mai Tai. She seemed least interested in what she was doing the whole time. I kept crossing my fingers that the end result would be what drybar claims to be 'Mai-Tai' hairdo. However, when I looked, all i saw was poorly done curls, with back combing around my crown area. I, very politely asked her to loosen the curls, add more around my crown and undid the beachcombing a bit. I left in a hurry to get to my event (had toi fix my hair). Later I got an email asking to rate the service. I did write similar review, but waited almost 2 weeks and nothing there. So writing it here as well. Needless to say I would not be returning.

Had a 12:30pm appointment for a black tie wedding, walked out 20 mins after because I had another appointment I needed to get to by 2. No one at the desk could tell me how much longer it was going to be, and no one looked even close to being finished. If you are running that far behind, you should call your clients so they can adjust other things accordingly!! First and last time I’ll ever come to this place.

Bright, welcoming, and wonderful service. Very educated stylist who can care for ALL hair types! They were able to get my natural 4C hair straight and bouncy, it lasted more than a day or two, and no damage!

Had a great experience at a Drybar in dc and was excited to try this! Wow great customer service experience and Very pleased with the end product. The front desk lady and the stylist that styled my hair were wonderful and genuine people. I am definitely considering joining the monthly subscription especially since the hours are really good.
