I ha e been going here for a few years, and when my stylist moved away she recommended to me a couple of other girls. I went ahead and picked one and my girls and myself have been seeing the new girls for about 2 years now. We all have long hair so only go into the salon every 4-6 months. About 4 weeks ago I sent appointments for us for March 24th just before we go away for spring break. There were no issues when I made the appointments and I make them quite early due to wanting them back to back if possible. Tonight at 8:30 I get a call from a gal from the salon asking if I had ever been to see this stylist before. I say yes I have and am told that due to over booking they would like to change my appointments to another lady all together as there is no way to reschedule me with my chosen stylist. They assume this will not be a big deal as stylist doesn't know me anyway. Now I do not expect this stylist to know my name in the least, but think it is complete bs she is overbooked and i should get the bump, not to mention i should get the bump simply because she doesn't know my name? No problem i had them remove me from the schedule and she has lost 3 clients. I'll find somewhere else to go and I'll make sure I tell everyone who asks to avoid this place from now on.

Thankfully, I discovered Hannah after getting a really bad haircut from a different salon. Hannah is an amazing stylist. She gave me the best cut I've had in years! She takes into consideration her client's facial features, lifestyle, and desired look. She is so talented!
