I highly recommend Hair and Wigs by Sylvia. She helped ease the trauma of having to buy a wig for impending hair loss due to chemo. She cared and took the time to show me affordable options as well as the one that looked most like me. I can't begin to find the words to begin to thank her for how she helped me. She's the best!

Customer service AWFUL!!! I wouldn't give one star to this place! DO NOT BUY WIGS HERE!!! I bought a $3,000 plus wig for my girlfriend and at the time of sale things went smoothly then she took the wig home, washed it properly, next day noticed a finger space gap In the front of the lace. Since Silvia said at the time of purchase to come in whenever she wanted to make any adjustments she needed. SO MY GIRLFRIEND (a day after purchasing the wig) called to make an appointment when arriving there silvias employee was shown the gap in lace and her response was completely rude, saying that she was playing with the wig to much that's why it did that, (remember she's only wore it for about an hour AFTER the purchase).... long story short I called them back and got the same attitude, from them both, when all we wanted was to fix the issue they said they would!!! I have bought $50 wigs for her that fit better, you wonder why they have no return policy hmmm. IN THIS PLACE THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!!!!!

This salon has terrible customer service. The hair piece selections were limited. I originally came in for a consultation. Silvia didn’t listen to my problems I was dealing with my hair. Silvia didn’t even go through options with me. She threw a topper on my head without clips and right away told me it’s going to be $1,000 dollars. I’ve done a bunch of research on toppers and had asked about several options for the topper base: silk vs . lace and she automatically told me the silk base which is more natural looking is not going to work for me based on my hair texture. If you are looking for help with hair thinning / alternatives I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. Towards the end of when I was going to leave she told me that I needed to sign a contract before she makes any orders. This place is a ripe off. Beware.. they are not hair specialist they doing it for the money..

Today I picked up my wig. I ordered a 100% human hair style, because I wanted something as close to my own hair as possible. I was apprehensive. I was afraid the color, texture and style was not going to match my natural hair, and I was blown away with relief. I left today grinning ear to ear. The wig looks so very much like my own hair that no one would ever think twice that I could be wearing a wig. The stylists, Sylvia and Angelica, were so patient and understanding. Angelica helped us pick out the wig, matching the color and length. Sylvia cut it today and I was so nervous she wasn’t going to be able to match my familiar hairstyle, but between the two of them they hit the nail on the head!!! I would highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation and in need of a wig. They literally have every option available. I am so grateful I found them.

We recently found Sylvia after searching the internet for a reputable wig salon for my mother who is currently going through chemo therapy. I am a salon owner myself but we do not offer wigs. Being in the business myself my standards are a bit higher than the average person! I emailed Sylvia on a holiday when the salon was closed and within an hour she had gotten back to me. They were able to accommodate us with short notice and from the moment we made the appointment I knew we were in the right hands! Sylvia and Angelica were so incredibly kind and helpful at a moment in our life that was very difficult to swallow. They did a thorough consultation and fit her with a wig that looks identical to her natural hair. We did have to special order it (because we wanted something that was as close to her natural hair as possible and I am a crazy picky daughter!) and it came in within a week. We went in the day it came in to get it cut (it was 100% human hair, which I highly recommend - totally worth the $!) and Sylvia was meticulous in her cut. This wig is going to give my mother the self confidence she needs as her hair sadly falls out. She will still feel like herself thanks to these amazing ladies! I highly recommend this business if you are considering a wig or hair piece for hair loss of any kind! Great service, knowledgeable, honest staff and quality products and services!
