Rude rude staff. I recieved a very uneven and inbalanced haircut which i only noticed after I got home. I called in and asked to be seen the same day and was told I had to come back another day as they were fully booked and didn’t have time to fix thier mistake. They didn’t care to fix the issue or about customer service. They even told me to go somewhere else. So I did. I’ll never come back here.

Best salon in town! Great talent here and prices are reasonable. They are professional and friendly. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and love my stylist Jaye. I always walk out with exactly what I wanted. Parking in the shopping center across the street is a plus.

This place is WAY over priced for the type of shampoo/haircut you receive. I payed $70 for 1/2 hr. that included shampoo and haircut. The Haircut was neither short enough as I requested nor was my hair thinned as I had asked. The hair cuter was pleasant and friendly but I was not impressed with the hair cut.

Less than mediocre experience, especially for the price. Only had roots and toner done and it was $130. (???) Was also treated condescendingly the whole time, with the woman saying how bad my ends were. My ends don’t usually look bad, but after the blowout, they did, which was also lackluster. Overall, don’t recommend.

All I can say is: get over yourselves. Honestly, I just got off the phone with this salon and I'm not sure how to appropriately articulate my thoughts. I'd gone here twice before (cut and color), and they'd done a good enough job. I had recently scheduled an appointment for this previous Saturday, which I unfortunately had to cancel that morning. I rescheduled for tomorrow (Thursday), but once again something unpredicted came up, and I called to reschedule once more. Upon speaking with someone, I was told that there was a NOTE next to my name, and that I was no longer allowed to schedule appointments in advance--I can only schedule for same day. Who do they think they are?? Regardless of the reasoning behind it, the fact that a hair salon would take such a rigid, passive aggressive attitude with customers is such a turn off. It's as if they are trying to punish "bad" behavior, and in no way are they qualified or in any sort of position to do such a thing to a customer. They've certainly lost my loyalty, and I'll be booking elsewhere from now on.

I went to Tracey to turn my medium length hair (a short hair cut that had been growing out for over a year with some regrettable at-home trims in between) into a pixie cut...and now more recently gone back to her for a trim and dye. Both times I've left with one of the best looks I've ever had! The salon itself has complimentary snacks and tea/water etc and the interior feels very high-end but everyone I've encountered there is down-to-earth & incredibly friendly.

I love this place. Been going here so long it feels like family, even after the original owners retired and sold it. The two main receptionists are a big part of the heart and soul of the place. They are warm, funny, down to earth and just generally lovely people. Everyone there, including the owner José, is fun. My go to's Tracy and Lindsay... Tracy was my hairdresser for about 6 years, I love her so much I followed her here from Judy Jetsons salon. When she was away a few years, I started seeing Lindsay, who I totallt adore. Both are whip smart, funny as hell, good hearted, and so much fun to talk to. And good at what they do. They know how to make you look good. They listen well, talk you through options and suggestions, and don't take it personally if you don't like something. They're very skilled and talented. I'ven going here close to a decade, which tells you something.

Market price for a women’s haircut, but super worth it. My stylist Jo took the time to look at my hair dry, so that she could adapt my cut to my texture and routine. They also helped me with hair donation and gave me a cut that’s grown out amazingly (3 months after). super super worth every penny! Also cute interior.

I went to Salon Luna for the first time on Saturday. I had contacted the salon to schedule an appointment. Kristen had a cancellation that morning so I was lucky enough to be able to go and I am very, very pleased with her work. I wanted a medium length hair cut. I have fine hair and Kristen did an amazing job. Even without blow drying my hair or styling it it looks great. I will definitely visit the salon again.

My first experience at the Salon back in 2010 was not the best, but decided to give it another shot a couple of years ago. My second visit changed my mind completely! I have nothing but great things to say about this salon and Helen. Helen is great and listens to my ideas about what I'd like to do to my hair. If she thinks it will not work she lets me know but creates a product that matches the closest to my idea. The past couple of times I have changed my hair color (purple and bronde), Helen has not been in. The receptionist is helpful and has me email the picture to the salon to show Helen. The salon then follows up after talking with Helen promptly. This salon is a tucked away treasure and I am so grateful that I gave it another shot and met Helen!
