My hairdresser was Ramy and it was awful. He almost burned my scalp because he was rushing to dry my hair. Haircut was terrible - i actually put a hat on immediately after leaving. He was also so rough trying to brush my hair that he got my earring disattached from the ear. Im sorry but only one star....

Edit to original review below: Sadly, I did go back and Roni (for whom I raved below) was no longer there. The guy I got instead did not listen to me and seriously ruined my hair. It is so fried I have only dared to wash it with shampoo 3 times in 6 weeks. All I do is condition it. Can't even get the color fixed because my hair is so damaged. Crushing. Went from 5 stars to 1 star... First review: I went in a panic with a Groupon because I had a job interview and my hair was a mess. My long-time stylist moved to the suburbs and I haven't had a decent haircut in Boston since. Until now!! Roni was so great! When I left I said "This is how you are supposed to feel when you leave a salon!" I forgot how great a terrific cut can make you feel. So grateful and will definitely be back!!

The Asian lady who does waxing during some days of the week is really really rude. She didn't allow me even a friendly talk and passed some racist comments too. I asked her to use hard sugar wax and she shut me up rudely by saying that the only type that they have is the one she is using and that I don't have a choice. The other lady who does waxing was very sweet otherwise. The gal at the reception is very nice too. But when it comes to quality of services, I don't think it's a great place.

worst hair cut i have ever had. i would never go back. the stylist did not listen to what i wanted. i have never had to stand for a cut before. the place was dirty. i used a sink right after a girl had her dye rinsed out. there was still red dye and hair in the sink from her. Sadly i received a groupon or else i would have just walked out. the lady didn't even do everything the groupon included.

Absolutely fabulous job cutting curly hair!---Best cut I've had in a long time. Very knowledgable. Not the best at styling particularly frizzy hair though. My hair doesn't curl unless prompted with lots of product. Also worth a mention: great prices!

Burned my already blonde hair by slapping on bleach throughout, ruined my existing highlights and added a black choppy root tinged with brass. I was called fussy and asked to leave and told my $280 services weren't appreciated.

Eli is amazing. I came to him with damaged hair that was patchy in areas from it being burnt to pieces and he knew exactly how to fix it. He's gotten it so healthy, I was comfortable enough to dye it again and know how to keep it healthy this time.

Well I had a bad experience here. But all my friends praise this place. What I understood after having a haircut here is that you should pay attention and should know what you want and have to get right stylist and explain what exactly you want. That way you went get disappointed. But salon ambience looks good. Stylist sound experienced.

I had bad experience with keratin at this place. The guy told me it will last for around 6 months but my keratine lasted only for a month. They also charged me double the price for shampoo and conditioner. The guy was so much in hurry that he didn't even listen to what exactly i wanted. The haircut was not so great either.

Well first off I walked in and then they said I needed an appointment, so I made one. I came back multiple times and each time they claimed they were "backed up" so I would have to wait extra time. When I finally got a stylist he talked about how bad my hair color was and even made a remark about how he has never done hair this curly to another stylist. I paid for a wash, deep conditioner and blow dry through Groupon and honestly it wasn't even worth the Groupon price. I asked for a trim with layers and he gave me just chopped sections. There is no kind of flow to my hair and I've been wearing it in a ponytail since. I didn't ask for my money back so I didn't create a commotion but I will never go back there again.

The board outside says $ 17 for a men's haircut but the bill was $ 25. Clean and hygienic place and I was not happy with the hair cut.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. First review I ever write. He rushed. It is uneven everywhere. He did not cut some of my neck hair. My side burns are uneven and one is not even cut. I hope they read this and use it as constructive criticism. The dude was a nice guy.
