They did a wonderful job! Catherine really took her time cutting my hair and she actually made sure it was even. She constantly checked with me to see if I was happy with it. It's a bit pricey for a haircut but it was completely worth it! I'm very happy with my new haircut.

Maureen is the bomb! Most perfect cut I've received in years and years and years... The whole place is just as authentic old-school Cambridge as it was 10+ years ago...so nice to still have some of the original places around that neighborhood! Thank you Judy! Their long-time receptionist Sharon is pretty darn amazing too!!

Fun place, great staff. The haircuts are pricey, and you can only tip in cash, which is just obnoxious on the part of the owners. But the stylists are fantastic. Anisa is the curl specialist, and she is wonderful.

I've been going for over 4 years with Derrick. It's a bit pricey but def. worth it. He's come in on his days off because it was the only time I could get in with my hectic schedule. Always seems to know how I want it to look w/o me even saying anything and everyone there is friendly.

I was a hair model and the place was very nice! Judy and my hair stylist Alexis were very nice and the place was very cool looking. However, warning Judy can sometimes be blunt about your hair. She was speaking with the stylist about how my hair was layered wrong a couple of times and I could've sworn she threw frizzy in there. But they are hairstylists and know what they are doing. She wasn't doing it to be mean she just needed to direct the stylist. I loved my hairstyle in the end and left feeling happy.

Fantastic first cut at JJ last Saturday with the very talented Ilana. I have curly hair that is very difficult to cut short because each curl has a mind of it's own. one curls this way, one curls the other way and some curls are just rebelous and decide they dont want to curl at all! And the frizz, one wrong snip of the scissors and a brillo pad will soon follow. Well....Ilana wasnt scared of my medusa like head at all. She rangled my Shirly Temples with ease and confidence! Bye, bye Q-tip head. Hello adorably cute pixie-shag.

I've been going here for years and have had several different hairstylists. I always see David who rocks and always makes me feel better. Carmi is also great. Yes. It is a little bit salty in there and I love it. As a total introvert who is allergic to small talk I really like that I can go in there and get an amazing haircut and no-one is going to try and get me to talk about how many siblings I have. I feel totally at home. Maybe it's not for everyone but it is definitely for me.

this is the 2nd time my sylist had to reschedule. I rec'd call from receptionist the 1st time and she was incredibly short only sayng "xx is not working that day, do you want to reschedule?" TODAY, I get there for my appt. and am told that someone called me 8 DAYS ago to reschedule. I look at my IPhone and see no recent call. The substitute receptionist just shrugged and finally decides to try to see if someone else can do it. I do not think it is good business to call someone ONCE 8 DAYS b/f w/no follow-up (can you maybe assume my phone was dead when you called or that maybe I was out of country?) and then relunctantly try to accommodate a regular, paying customer.

It was clearly a very busy Saturday, but Judy bustled around and found people who had a spare minute or two and we all got beautiful hair for our special day. came here and my experience was: - paid $240 for brassy hair. I understand that hair is tricky so I wasn't upset, I just wanted it fixed. -when I said that I wasn't happy with how it turned out, I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about -the owner shoved her finger in my face as she yelled and tried to block me from leaving -I said I would definitely be sharing this experience and the response was "go write your pussy ass reviews! I don't care. We'll rebut it! Write your stupid pussy review!"
