This is my favorite salon. Kiyo is wonderful. She is efficient, quick, and thorough. I am always very happy with my haircut. She listens and provides her feedback. I completely trust her with my hair. She is also an excellent conversationalist! I have never enjoyed talking to my hairdresser until now!

Very grateful I found this place! I was visiting from out of town and called less than thirty minutes ahead and she was able to work me in (probably on her lunch hour) and she did a fabulous job with my hair. I have long hair so I paid the long hair price of $45. She is professional and listens and knows what she is doing!

A Need

First time at Hair Collage. Quick and efficient. Kiyo listened, suggested and recommended without being pushy, pleasant experience. Hair feels and looks great. Will definitely be back.

I love Kiyo! She's like my Korean mom Haha, I have been going here for a little over 2 years now and enjoy everytime I go. It's a little pricey for a men's haircut, $33, but she washes your hair too. I explain what I want and she will get the gust by your 2nd time(bring a picture your first time, no one knows exactly what you want from a description!) she doesn't speak the best English but you can communicate with her, we talk about everything from politics to global issues. The 1 star review below irritated me because I guarantee Kiyo said something brutality honest to him and he probably got upset, whatever... 25% chance you'll get a walk-in, just make an appointment. Know this, she's been around for awhile and has customers from 10+ years, some who make an appointment with her anytime they are visiting Cambridge!

I have been to many places to get my hair cut. I usually go for the lowest price and end up wondering when I leave, "How could they screw this up so badly?" Sometimes it makes me question my faith in humanity, like, if human beings are capable of creating such an ugly abomination then how can we ever achieve world peace? But I digress, Kiyo at the Hair Collage gives a perfect cut every time and at a very reasonable price. I got my hair cut for $28, and I couldn't ask for better. Yeah, I could pay less and question my fundamental beliefs, or I could overpay somewhere else. But why?
