Jasmine is definitely the best nail tech I have ever worked with. She has done my acrylic services multiple times and each time I am in love with my nails and receive so many compliments on them. She is patient, easy to talk to, pays attention to detail and does very good quality work that lasts.

I am new to the Baltimore area, and so I found this place on Google. I made an appointment with Amber. She helped make my hair look much healthier since where I was last they bleached it. Was in the chair for 2 hours for dying (2x), cutting, and styling which to me was great and quick! When washing the hair, they message your scalp which feels so good, and as a first time client, I was given a sample and some discounts which was a surprise. I will totally be back! Thank you!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I was in town for a wedding and had gotten my hair done at another salon which I ended up hating. I frantically called around looking for somewhere that could take me last minute on a holiday weekend. Thankfully I ended up in the hands of Michelle, who saved my day. She styled my hair exactly as I had hoped for and exceeded expectations. The receptionist was so helpful trying to find something that could work with my limited time. Even though it might have seemed like a small thing to her, it was a life saver to me and customer service like no other. Beautiful salon, with some really awesome people who work there.

We had a group of five in Baltimore for a bachelorette party and had no idea where to go that was upscale, in addition to being reasonably priced. Studio 921 Salon and Spa BEYOND delivered! Everyone was super nice and extremely talented we all got amazing relaxing massages and our nails look phenomenal. My only wish is that we lived closer so I could go more frequently!!

I came to Studio 921 under the recommendation from a co-worker. I made an appointment with Rachael Pietra and was thrilled with the result. I've been working on rehabbing my hair by growing out an old dye job and using heat styling tools less frequently. I have thick curly/wavy hair that usually intimidates hair stylists. I explained exactly how I style my hair to Rachael and we talked about what I was looking to get from the appointment. Rachael checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the length she was cutting off. I'm thrilled with the end result. I can wear it washed and curly or blown out to achieve different looks that still look really put together. I'm VERY happy with my end result! Look forward to returning!

I had eyebrow microblading done June 2017 and followed up with retouch. The area is now pink/red. I spoke with other professionals in multiple other places. I was told it’s the quality of the ink, and it won’t go away, unless you do color correction (add green) which I’m not willing to risk. I feel I wasted my money and had bad results.

I was looking for a good nail tech in Baltimore for literally years. It took me forever to find someone friendly that does a great job like Jasmine. My nails last a very long time (a month+) with 0 lifting ever. She also is great with nail designs too!

I have had my hair “balayaged” twice and both times it was a complete mess. A few weeks ago the stylist left the foils on too long and my hair was white. She tried to cover it up with a toner and said that would be fine, needless to say it’s definitely fading since it’s just a toner. Also the balayage isn’t blended at all, infact I keep getting asked if I dyed my hair lighter and got ombre. I called the salon to go back in and get this corrected. I got the flu and didn’t go to my appointment. Honestly, that appointment was the last thing on my mind and I completely forgot about it. Now that I’m better, I called back in to explain this and they said If I wanted them to correct it, I would need to pay for it to be redone. I already paid Studio 921 but I will happily go somewhere else because chances are, they will not do a good job correcting it anyways. Like I said, this is the second time they have messed up with color. There are plenty of high-end salons in Baltimore that are amazing. Don’t go pay high-end salons prices (FYI they even charge $25 just to dry your hair) for low quality service. I’m someone who doesn’t mind spending whatever for my hair to look great, but one thing is for certain.... Studio 921 will not never get a cent from again. I’ll be getting a correction at a better salon.

My first experience at this business was great. The hospitality and services provided were lovely. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same thing about the second visit. The esthetician who provided my waxing service did a terrible job. She hardly removed any hair, and what she did remove just left a patchy sloppy mess. She also stopped halfway through and just left the rest of the hair. I ended up just having to shave because there was so much hair left. Then on top of it, I had to pay full price for the "service" that was provided, which is far too much to be paying for the awful job that was done.

Jasmine was my nail tech and was excellent. She was nice, had a good sense of humor, and strived for perfection. I came all the way from PG County to see her. You will not be disappointed and your nails will be on fleek!!! Will definitely be going back.

I received a facial with extractions. It has been a week and my skin is still raw in two areas. As someone who doesn't wear makeup, I had to purchase an expensive mineral makeup to cover up the areas (48 hrs later). Which, still didn't cover the areas. I'm really at a lost for words. I'll began week #2 on Saturday to see if this is going to heal without scaring my face.

My husband and I both tried out this salon. His hair cut was mediocre. Mine was pretty good. The reason for the low review is that we both were treated really poorly by the front desk guy. My husband and I went on different days and he and I were both treated rudely by him and it was very off-putting. It was both of our first times at this salon and you would think he would want us to feel welcomed and want to come back. I asked a question and was ignored by him and he acted like I was an annoyance when a regular walked in. I said good bye politely as I walked out and was ignored. The front desk manager needs to greatly improve the customer service, as I have the feeling we aren’t the only ones who have had this experience. Undecided if we will come back.

She takes her time and major perfectionist which I love. She’s so funny to talk to. Jasmine has been my nail tech for about 3yrs now and she has never failed at the doing a great job. I have had some very bad experiences at other salons and when i found her she never failed me. good massages and facials, go somewhere else for nail services. I've had really nice facials and massages here (Kym is a great therapist), but i think they're nail services are way overpriced. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was priced at $65 but it was equal to or maybe a little worse than a $30 deluxe pedicure at any decent "strip mall' nail place. I've actually had longer and better foot/leg massages at the strip mall places. Otherwise, it's got a beautiful interior, the spa wing is very soothing and relaxing, and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return for facials and massages.

Went in with blonde hair and reference photos, asking for a balayage. After 6 hours, 4 processes and $350 later, I walked out with allover dark charcoal gray hair. I've been to this salon 3 times now, each time trying a different stylist and have never walking out happy. Would not recommend

Had a massage with Caitlin and it was amazing! Caitlin is super friendly and adds small details (essential oils - AMAZING!) that made my massage so refreshing and relaxing. I felt like I was going to melt in my chair afterwards I was so relaxed. Do yourself a favor and book some time with Caitlin - you will not regret it. I also had a "treat yo self" facial with Mallory which was amazing. After a brief discussion about my skin type and my normal routine Mallory did amazing work. My face has never felt so smooth. She also identified that I have been cleansing my face way too harshly and recommended an oil-based cleanser to use in the future. I've never considered the oil-based cleansers before but after reassurance from Mallory I got one to try - oh my god why have I not found this before? It is amazing and I've been able to maintain more even and smooth skin since my facial. Seriously - thank you Mallory.

I have been going to Melinda for facials for over a year. She is incredibly talented at what she does! She customizes each treatment to your skin's needs and builds on that each time you come back. My skin is so much smoother and has far less scarring than when I first started going to her. I always walk out glowing. Highly recommend!

Jo did a wonderful job at cutting my curly hair. Recently my hair started to fall out and when it came back it was curly. Since I never had curly hair before I wasn't sure what to do with it except that I knew I needed an excellent cut. After three tries other places and mediocre cuts I have found someone who gave me an updated style and I am thrilled. Everyone was very friendly.

If you're a person of color expect some bullsh*t! I made an appointment for a pedicure, and had to wait for over a half hour for the black nail technician to become available. Smh. This seems like a common trend among the high end salons and spas, and it isn't my first time having this kind of experience.
