My experience was great. My problem is that the product used to set my hairstyle had alcohol. Had hair done Thurs evening, by Sat it looked horrible-just bone dry. $85 wasted. This salon does not care for natural hair. However, the style was cute.

I used the online service to set my appointment and never got a email or a call to confirm my appointment then on the day of my appointment i called and was told they dont know why nobody accepted ny appointment and that they cant see me today even tho i already took off work also had the nerve to ask for a one time $35 deposit for first timers smh terrible service

I am very pleased that I chose this salon. I called for a first time last minute appointment and was treated like a long time valued client. They are very knowledgeable about hair AND FAST! The stylist (SKY) was awesome and the atmosphere is perfect. The good music adds to the aura. Definitely will be coming back. BTW I had my starter locs washed and retested. Happy!

Good place. Friendly. Only downfall is you're limited in N club styles. A lot of the styles are pretty similar if you have medium length hair. Still would recommend though if you want to relax and just enjoy the treatment

This is the perfect salon for natural hair! I've been to a couple different stylist and have been pleased every time. I have natural hair and it's taken me a long time to find a salon that I love. I love this salon! My daughter and I get our hair done here regularly. We're not waiting all day. The booking process is easy. They don't try to blow dry your hair for every style. The conversations and music are appropriate. If you have natural hair, this should be YOUR salon too. Not to mention, we get compliments on our hair ALL THE TIME.

The staff and the atmosphere was very nice. However ever I came in for a consultation and was asked if they could wet my hair so they could see what my natural hair curl pattern was like and I agreed then I was told the service I requested would cost 65.00 and would take anywhere from 45 min.to hour. However because of the length of my hair they could not provide that service to me. They suggested I get a service they call a wash and go.They set me in a chair took a spray bottle wet my hair, put some gel in her hand rub in my hair I was in the Sylist chair for about 3 min.and they wanted to charge me 65.00 for this service. I thought the cost was unreasonable and unfair I believe they should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of people.I actually thought I was being PUNKED.I refused to pay that outrageous price and agreed on a lesser price. I would never return to this hair studio nor would I ever refer any of my family or friends.and I always try to support black business but I would not support this business because they don't support us.

UPDATE: I really, really hate that I'm writing this review because I had such high hopes however it would be irresponsible of me to not say anything. I'm always down for supporting Black Owned Businesses but the locs that I asked for were not the ones I received. I had a full head of hair and asked to have locs the size of Chloe&Halle's so that my full loose natural hair would look full with my now loc'd hair. Y'all, I walked out the shop initially happy, loc'd, and styled but when I actually looked at my locs at home...it was another story. I didn't want to jump to conclusions so I waited a week and then took the style down. That's when I discovered my locs were different sizes all over and only the back of my head had the diamond part technique. The front was a combination between rectangular and square. It just looked like a mess. My center part was crooked so if I wanted to wear my hair down, it would have looked crooked. Also, my loctician (Carissa) appeared to be having a bad day and seemed as if she didn't want to be there so I was just feeding off that energy and it made me uneasy too. Albeit, I still got the service done because you know, we all have bad days but I can't justify the locs that were in my hair. I'm better now. Went to a new salon and they gave me exactly what I asked. Couldn't be happier. I'm sure N Natural can do amazing hair. I just wish I had an experience like some others in this review section.

Although a little nervous with going to a new salon, I was thoroughly impressed with the care given and warm reception received at N Natural. Going natural requires special attention to ones hair, which they gave! I will definitely return! I love my hair style and would highly recommend this salon for natural hair care!!

Only wanted to come here due to the high ratings. Tried calling several times and texted for an appointment to no response. Left voicemails and no still response, nothing for a whole week. This place is very unreliable, and I will never try again. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment elsewhere. Disappointed.

Angela, N Natural Hair Studio owner and stylist, is amazing!! Angela has been my loctician for most of my locked journey (almost five years) and I followed her from a different salon because I love her so much! She is the best! I always look forward to my appointments because I know I'll love my whole experience. I love the atmosphere of the salon, it's intimate and comfortable. I love the music playing in the background. I love the products she has to offer and the different treatments available for my hair. I absolutely love reclining (okay - laying down - lol) to get my hair washed and conditioned!! I always love the wonderful style she creates for me and can't wait to show it off. I absolutely love the way she treats her clients (she makes me feel like a friend); she is professional; she is creative; she is responsive! Communication has always been a breeze and I can't sing enough praises about this woman. Trust me, try her out and you'll be back and telling your friends, too!

Took my daughter to get two strand twist. Sky was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She not only gave my daughter a beautiful style but valuable information on hair care and maintenance. Other stylist were very friendly and were doing a wide range of natural styles. Shop was very clean.

These people are con-artists!! They called after I booked my appointment online and asked for payment upfront. Then I called to ask for help locating the place and they gave me incorrect directions. Luckily the amount they charged me was only for $20. I already put a dispute in with my bank. Very unprofessional.

Prompt service but needs better chairs in the wash room. One is way too short and uncomfortable for the neck...the other is just plain awkward...meant for you to recline..but your back and neck start aching

Karissa braided my hair. The way she braids not tight at all. I felt as though I was her granddaughter very smooth 45min long hair style. She sprayed some smell good stuff in it and I believe she put some grease in it. I was able to sleep on my pillow without taking Tylenol. Impressed. They have tea in the waiting room and herbal plants growing
