Horrible experience! I purchased a Groupon for 89.00 for highlights & cut. I spent the first 30 minutes listening to her sales speech telling me that she would need to strip the current color, highlight and tone in order to get the results I wanted (extra 110.00 on top of the 89.00 Groupon). Well, the strip solution was a small little red packet mixed with WATER and it did absolutely NOTHING. Sat under a dryer for a while and I think she could tell I still had a lot of brassiness and decided to do a heavy foil. Well, she hands me a box of foils and asked me to cut them in half because she had none ready. She continued to tell me I was getting a good deal and I shouldn't tell others what I paid because she wouldn't give others the same deal and she was just trying to help me out. Ummmm... NO! Your 75.00 hair color stripping didn't do anything and now you were trying to correct the issue, so I wasn't walking out of your salon paying 200 with brassy hair. Her husband was even there helping wash peoples hair because she was attempting to do 3 peoples hair at once. Everyone that came in with a Groupon or Living Social discount, she found something that they needed to pay additional fees for. So after this 6 hour experience (no joke 3-9pm), cutting all the foil pieces for my hair, being charged an additional 110 on top of my Groupon, her husband assisting, being double charged the 110, so paying $220 and being told that she would refund me and here it is 2 weeks later and NOTHING, so now I'm disputing with my bank. All I'm saying is, expect to get a 30 minute "professional speech" about how the last person jacked your hair up and she needs to fix it for additional fees (if you're using Groupon or Living Social). I can literally count on one hand how many times I have NEVER tipped a person in my 39 yrs on this earth and this was definitely one where I felt her tip was included with the extra fees that were not necessary, my 6 hrs of my evening (basically for some heavy foils) and having to cut her foils for her when she has an assistant there that could have clearly done it herself. I'm paying for my services, but I should have to cut the foils for my hair?? In all seriousness, this was one of the most horrible and uncomfortable situations I've ever been put in. Save yourself the time, hassle AND MONEY....go somewhere else!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Not sure what kind of hairdresser she is cause she refused to do my hair because i paid 51$ with groupon for full highlights and hair cut. The funny thing is that she said if i wanted all my hair to be fully highlighted its called a global highlights( never heard of this word before when it comes to highlights ) and i had to pay more and if i needed a toner as well i needed to pay more . Oh and not not mentioned that she cancelled on my a day before and had to rescheduled today for her to tell me in person she was not gonna do my hair. all i can say is that this was the WORST experience ever. I am so happy that she actuality did not touch my hair cause i have no idea what it would have end up like . I would never recommend her ever
