This salon was recommended to me by a friend and she raves about the service and quality of the salon. However, this being my first time there, I did not like it. The second I walked in the building was bad. They just opened for the day. The receptionist was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me standing there, then was rude and told me to sit down while she yelled for my stylist(who was in the back) to come get me. Stylist didn't know my name even though I was the first client and from what it looked like they print out who each stylists' clients are for them. I was escorted to the shampoo station and the shampoo girl didn't make sure I had a towel under my head before she laid me back, sat me to far back after I told her I was uncomfortable. Once I was done she didn't escort me to my chair(first time so I didn't know where to go). Before sitting down, I had to whip off my chair as it was full of old hair. My stylist was distracted by the woman next to her and didn't bother to ask me how I wore my hair instead told me the way she was going to cut it so I could wear it however I wanted. As I am sitting in the chair I am noticing a ton of old hair around the mirror as well as all on the ground, and brushes were dirty and weren't soaking in blue antibacterial solution. They had JUST OPENED, I just don't understand why nothing was cleaned the night before. It was unpleasant and I was very disappointed, considering my friend loves this place.
