We booked them for prom hair and makeup in may 2017. We made sure before making the appointments that all three of us would be done by a certain time because we had to meet parents for photos at a certain time. They said no problem. Mind you this was a month ahead of prom. Time comes to go to the appointments, we show up ten minutes early just because I like to be prompt. They do my hair, along with my friends hair and sit our other friend down at the makeup station. Our hair gets done, loved it. Our friends makeup artist did slight eye shadow, not even complete, and kept walking off to help with another client. Then, other prom girls show up, and the three of us are literally sitting in the waiting room, not being touched, having to leave soon, and both their makeup artists are doing OTHER clients makeup?? Completely ignoring us sitting there waiting. SO we ended up paying for our hair and leaving. And I never got around to writing this review. But here I am, so everyone knows how crappy of a day it was. We went home and had to do our own makeup. Which, we had to rush through because we didnt have that much time by the time we got home and had to leave for photos. It was very frustrating. Especially because we paid a photographer to take photos, but thank god we are pretty good at doing our own makeup! Thanks, for a waste of money AND time. I really had high hopes here!

Great people, good understanding of color technique and great styling. First time here, and needed a good, basic cut and color with highlights. Crystal did a great job! Would definitely recommend.
