Extremely disappointed with my visit. I made an appointment a week in advance and told them exactly what I wanted and the colors. When I arrived I showed up early and was told I had to wait, which was fine but the woman who told me I had to wait was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that she had to get up from her seat to tell me so. Twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment time, Deanna informed me that she was too busy to see me and left me in the hands of two inexperienced stylists. Deanna also informed me that they were out of purple (even though I requested the color a week ahead of time). The two girls were nice enough but seemed annoyed that they had to do my hair. When they were washing my hair they informed me they had a color depositing shampoo that would give me a temporary color until their new dye came in. I agreed but as they put it in my hair they were talking to each other about how they were also out of the purple shampoo so they took it upon themselves to mix hot pink and blue together without informing me. Once I was in the chair the two girls started to blow dry my hair but about halfway through one of them left and said she was going home. The other then told me that she didn’t have time to style my hair so she took my to the front counter where I paid $214 for cotton candy pink and blue hair when I asked for purple. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS SALON. They do not care about their clients.

Tam did an excellent job on a silk press, trim and deep conditioninrg on my natural 4 b/c hair. The results were amazing!!! Even after I washed my hair it was softer and much more manageable. Thanks Tam

I was very happy with the cut I got here when I decided to chop off about 6 inches of my hair. My experience with color a few days later was an entirely different story. I asked for balayage on my medium Brown hair to lighten it up a little and add a few peek a boo strands of pink. I even showed the stylist (owner) a photo of EXACTLY what I wanted. I walked out of the salon with almost my entire head bright pink with orange strands throughout and a couple of inches of brown roots. Not even close to what I asked for. To make matters worse, the bleaching process damaged my hair like I've never seen on my own hair, and I've had plenty of processes done to my hair over the years. But, none recently. I did not go back to try to allow the stylist to fix this atrocity, as I had then heard from others that she may make it worse in the process of attempting to correct it.

Quick and professional. Got a trim from Deanna. In and out. Good price. Great job. I have long hair and she didnt take the liberty of just whacking at it and taking to much like past experiences. Definitely going back!

went in to get to get my head shaved and beard trimmed. I left highly disappointed at the service that I received. My beard was uneven and not really trimmed. Don’t waste your time or money! ( the older lady with long brown hair )

I decided to try the Main attraction on 12-8-18 and It was one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made. I got taken advantage of and overcharged almost double of what I was quoted. I ended up paying $250 for a simple cut and balayage color....To start off, I had my appointment for 9am, as soon as I got there and sat in my stylist chair I told her I wanted to cut 2 1/2 inches off of my hair and add a balayage color to it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she seemed very assured that she could do it. (My hair was a little past my shoulders and medium brown with a full head of highlights) She started by applying the color to my hair, which I thought was a little odd knowing I was just going to cut a lot of it off but I didn't say anything because I figured she knew what she was doing (my mistake I guess....) After she applied my color, we waited about 30 mins or so and washed it out/applied tonner to it. She then began to dry and blow dry my hair and asked to see my picture of the color I wanted again. She then called Deanna over (the owner) Deanna suggested that she should put more color in it to lighten it up and then add more toner to it, so that is what she did (now they DID NOT tell me that I would be charged for all of the extra color and toner, I was completely unaware that I would end up paying double of what it would normally cost, I don't get my hair done often so I thought, oh good they want it to look perfect, I was totally WRONG) My stylist began to put the color on my hair again and I waited another 30 mins, this time under the heat lamp/blower, they came (my stylist and Deanna) and checked my hair and said it looked good and was ready to be washed. She washed my hair and applied more toner to it. It was time to blow dry and finish up. My hair looked exactly the same as the first time she put color in it, I really didn't see any change to it, it was also more of a brashy color, nothing like I wanted, not even close. This is when I started to get disappointed and aggravated because it was going on 1:30 pm and I had been there all morning. Once my hair was dry, the stylist asked if I wanted her to style it, (I thought they normally do that after you get your hair cut or have color applied to it, evidently not) I told her yes I would like you to curl it, because I had things to do that day and I didnt want to have to do it myself once I got home. So once that was completed it was time to check out, the stylist was having a hard time ringing me up because the price kept going higher and higher, (I could tell she thought it was way to much after she put everything in because she kept going to the back and asking the owner if it was right, I actually over heard Deanna (the owner) ask her how much was it, and the stylist said $250, and Deanna said that is right) I was so upset and disappointed when I left. I did not get what I wanted and I was completely ripped off. PLEASE be aware of this Salon. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Service received: Shampoo+ cut + undercut Price: $45 I stumbled upon this place while trying to find a salon that was casual but yet, comfortable. For me, the really.."glamorous" type of salons werent my style because I'm not overly feminine myself. I tried Caddy shack before and it was awkward and disappointing. I was content on putting off any haircut after that experience. Walking in was an eye opener because it's such an open area and different feeling than the usual salon. You have games and a pool table and can see every styling station. The staff was extremely friendly and sweet the entire time. You can tell other customers were happy to be there as well. My stylist was Deanna and she was very sweet. She felt bad for not being talkative but we have those days and I'm a quiet person myself. She made sure I was okay with every step throughout the haircut since it was a decent amount I was removing. Overall, I was extremely pleased and see myself returning a lot more. Thank you ladies!

The color I asked for did not turn out the first time. I was asked to come back the next day, and they assured me that I was not going to leave their salon until I was happy. I wasn't aware that they were going to totally re-process my hair for a second time. I had faith in the Stylist that this time the color would turn out right but it's still didnt. I ended up with blisters in my head and a couple of bald spots because of the overprocessing and I do believe that I was overcharged especially since I left there not even getting the color I wanted. After about a week I tried to call back to explain how unhappy I was, no one even bothered to call me back. Now I have a color that I am very unhappy with, not to mention of course my hair breaking off, a burnt scalp, two bald spots I didn't have before. This cost me $250. I will not ever go back!!!!

They were busy when I walked in and they still got me in and out quickly even though I was a walk-in. Haircut came out great and lady was friendly. Place seemed a little unorganized but will definitely be back again. Certainly the best in the area.

The music I could have done without , I love music just not my type. I think they specialize in color the blue , red , green etc. colors. My cut was not good but that wasn't the shops fault . My beautician was a sweet girl just didn't like her how she styles. Not my type of salon , if I want to play pool or games I'll do that at a game room.

Asked for ombré. I have platinum hair now and a straight line across with the blonde. My hair is completely fried and their is nothing I can do. She did not listen to a single thing I had asked for. She didn't even put ANY protectant in my hair. And even after damaging my hair she put a hot blow drying and a straighter on top of my hair. Not suggested. I am very VERY upset with how my hair turned out. Still had to pay full price and everything. Completely ruined my hair.

My niece got her hair totally messed up...uneven cut and wrong cut. Wro g color dyed then the owner (who was her stylist) tried to fix it saying she was gonna do a blue ombre. Didn't happen. Top half is blonde and the bottom looks like she stuck the bottom half in a bowl of blue dye. They would not give her a refund or have someone else fix it. She ended up having to dye it all black herself. She is a single mother and works hard! She deserved to either have them fix it or refund her money. The owner refused!
