Horrible experience. No staff working. Waited 2 hours for a haircut. Other staff member came in during my visit. Never tried to assist other workers to finish up waiting customers. People walking out because of waiting. Computer broken. Employee seem very inexperienced cutting hair. Management should do a complete evaluation of the operation. Also recommending to have a complete staff each day while you're open.

Without question the worst haircut experience I've had. 1) If you're a smoker, fine, but don't cut my hair immediately after a smoke break without washing your hands and chewing gum. 2) Your work station was disgusting, hair and dust everywhere. 3) Your clippers are as gross as your work station. 4) Learn the basic skills of customer service, you defined rude through the entire 10 minute experience. 5) If you hate your job, quit and don't make it obvious to the people your supposed to be performing a service to. Person who cut my hair was a young man, black hair and beard, skater appearance, wish I knew his name but I dont.

I have been coming here long before I got on Yelp. Their quality is consistently good. Staff is friendly and engaging. A good place for adults and kids. Wait time varies depending on the time of day and can be lengthy. They don't take appointments but you can call ahead to find out how long of a wait there is. They will put your name on the list and you just show up a little before the estimated wait ends.

Awful experience. I just wanted a cut and bangs. Now I have to find some place to fix my hair. The bangs are so short they poke up from my head and I look ridiculous. The cut is uneven. I have been trying to style my hair for the past few hours and nothing worked. The only thing I can do is wear a hat until I can find a salon elsewhere.
