I really wanted to like the result and leave a good review because the atmosphere of the shop was so nice, but I just can't. I went to get my hair dyed silver and brought a picture along. I asked her not to leave any yellow tones and she kept insisting "You must be confusing yellow and blonde as the same thing." and I was like "Alright.... not blonde then." She continues to argue with me that blonde was, in fact, what I asked for. (it was not!!!!!) I left there with hideous yellow hair. Even worse is she "blended my roots". All that means is she took my unnoticable roots and made them much more obvious by dying them literally brown and extending that color down. I was so tired of arguing with this girl that I just gave up, paid, and left. Do not go there if you want anything besides blonde.

My daughter went their today with her grandfather. She had a good time and the staff was amazing with her and made her feel great. (Love them for that) however it would have been nice if I didn't have to scrub blue dye off her neck and ears. Please be more cautious of this!

I absolutely love going to the Ritz. They have the best and most friendly service. I am always getting complements on my hair color thanks to Amanda! They are terrific and you should check them out when you get a chance. They are always up to date with the new fashion and styles.

When a profile states "expertise" in men's cuts and costs $30, the bare minimum expectation is an acceptable haircut. Jania was my stylist. I requested a medium-high fade, longer on top. I showed pictures of my own previous haircuts that I liked. Jania ignored my preferences entirely and cut way too much off the top. The fade was uneven and asymmetric. I literally went straight to another barber to have my haircut fixed. Can't speak for the women's services, but if you're male or looking for a men's style cut I strongly recommend you save your money and look elsewhere.

The ladies here are amazing at what they do, and they see to helping you with your hair type of you have certain goals. Mrs. Jaina was a dream to have as a technician (which they deserve that term for the work they have to do with my hair) and I look forward to scheduling with her again!

I haven't had a haircut I was this happy with in a long time. Gana really listened to me and what I wanted. She asked questions about how I tend to take care of my hair. She's also really took the time to make sure every strand of hair was in place and falling as it should. I really appreciated that having thick hair that frequently doesnt want to lay nicely
