I called here in a panic after having my hair butchered at endless summer salon by Veronica and Shelby, and Olsen’s fit me in right away with Glenda and I am thankful for that! Glenda did such a wonderful job fixing the mess I walked in with. She didn’t have much to work with yet she made me walk out looking and feeling amazing! She knew I was traumatized from endless summer and she really made the effort to make me feel comfortable. I was also sick to my stomach from having my hair butchered and hadn’t eaten and Glenda even shared her peppermints with me.

Went in for a body wave and a bob. Came out looking like Orphan Annie. Talked into putting in a carmel brown color, turned out bright red on top and dark in the back. Cut my bangs that I've been growing out for months. Didn't seem to listen to what I wanted, but gave me a make-over of her choosing. My hair isn't bobbed at all, but a short mullet. Was offered a 7 day return if I didn't like it, but I'd rather not take any more risks at this point. It'll take me months to grow my hair back out for the hairstyle I originally asked for. One star was really generous for what I've paid for.

But one thing that has never changed about Olson's, is the quality of service, and the great people that work there. They always take there time to listen to the customer and give a awesome hair cut.
