Extremely professional staff and high quality salon. I’ve never been to a salon as nice in Alexandria. Just being honest. My hairdresser discussed what our goals were prior to starting . She was realistic with me. Explained it would take several visits before we could achieve what she and I, collectively, envisioned. I loved that my hairdresser seemed as worried about keeping my hair healthy, AS WELL as beautiful. My hairdresser also made sure I understood why and how to use all the products and tools while she was styling me. Another plus to me, my hairdresser was focused SOLELY on me; while I was there. I have never waited on her because she is “running behind.” If I’m on time, why shouldn’t your hairdresser be. (No come sit over here for 45 minutes while I squeeze another client in) Bottom line, you get what you pay for. And in my opinion, I want the best care possible for my skin AND hair. You will not be disappointed. This salon delivers big city results in a small town. Atmosphere is relaxing. Results...AMAZING.

I went in for a cut and color. Counsultation was lovely. Showed Abbi a picture, she said sure that would be easy. All over color and some baylage ish highlights. Never said a word about the price. My appointment was at 9, finished at 12 which was longer than I have ever been. I was disappointed, there were not many highlights and Not as blonde and caramel as the picture. She explained my hair pulled red, and she could do more blonde on next visit. It did not look like the picture, but it was pretty. The bill was presented to me and my mouth dropped. Women’s hair cut 46.00 Baylage full. 84.00 Single app color 51.00 Gloss. 26.00 Total: 247.00 I politely asked how in the world it could ever be this much. For a full hair cut, color and style the most I have ever paid was maybe 120.00. The front desk lady said their items were “a la carte” and charged per item. That makes no sense to me. She asked if Abbi had discussed pricing and I told her no. I asked about the blonde retouch, she suggested, if I came back if it would be the same price. She said it depended on Abbi. I do not know how in the world, you charge someone 3 times for hair color, and it not even look like the photo. If I would have known the prices in the counsultation, I would have never wasted my time. Definitely not going back.

Absolutely love this salon! Great energy here! Feels super high end and is still nice to your pocket book. I love when it's time for my appointments with my stylist, Lacie! It's like a therapy session. They also send several reminders for appointments and make it very easy to reschedule if need be!

Great atmosphere with syliest that will do their absolute best to give you the cut you desire. I give them 4 stars only because the owners themselves can come across as rude, but informative and still helpful. The place is very nice and clean. They are not a trendy salon though! So be warned if you have a style that isn't a cookie cutter one. They will still do their best to give you the style you want but it may be out of their comfort level. I would consider the #1 salon in the Alexandria area.

The service has always been over the top and their knowledge of what is new, the latest trend, and upcoming is always on point.
