Lovely salon, lovely service. Nehaya Yata is THE TALENT. She never disappoints. She will spend the time talking with you about your cut to make sure everyone is on the same page, and she definitely delivers. She also does my threading. I’d highly recommend her.

Great salon! Was so happy with how Andrea cut my hair. Plus, she washed, cut and blow dried my hair in under an hour (I booked it for my lunch hour). Worth every penny, especially if you're looking for expediency and quality.

Buyer beware!!!! I visited this salon after making an appointment with the owner Maritza, to have my hair colored (Balayage). The salon is very nice with modern decor. Parking is available but at a charge of $3/hour. Warning!!!! Everything regarding a hair appointment is a la carte. The Balayage hair coloring is $175, but you must pay $50 for blow drying and $25 toner. These extra prices (toner and blow drying) are not on their website or on their brochure. I was told of these charges as I sat in the chair for the appointment. Total bait and switch! I was willing to give the stylist a chance to impress me, since the prices I was being charged, indicated a special experience. I brought in multiple photos for the hair color I wanted. The final result was not even close! A Balayage treatment should have resulted in a range of highlists with a pattern of lighter color toward the ends. I ended up with my same hair color and just random streaks of colors in patches. I told Maritza that I did not like the result. Everyone in the shop heard me and knew that I was displeased.She said it would get better with washing a few times. I again reiterated that the resul was terrible. She tried to convince me that it looked fine, despite not being anything close to the pictures I brought in. Then Maritza proceeded to say, it was because my original hair color was dark brown and that if I came back for 2-3 more colorings, she should be able to get the right look. Wow! Are you kidding me? She expected me to pay $250 for 2 or 3 more appointments before she "might" be able to get it right.. She did not even, offer to fix it at a future or comp the screw up that just happended. She gave me a 10% discount card on a future appointment. Then she showed me to the cash register and her receptionist charge me $250. Then, he had the nerve to ask if I was leaving a tip. What a joke! Sometimes people make mistakes, but a professional owns up to their mistakes and tries to do the right thing make it right for their customers. I would not recommend this salon at all!

The Loft identified Nehaya Yatak as a Master Styles but she clearly lacks the skills to follow instructions, copy a visual representation of an intended style, execute a precision cut and style curly hair. I had enough hair to achieve the intended style but she CUT too much of my hair, it looks nearly bald. I am in such distressed with a wedding to attend in two days. Nothing can be done to correct her error but allow my hair to grow back which will take at least 8 to 10 months. I am VERY unhappy.

My experience at Hair Loft was hands down the best I've EVER had at a salon. A few days before, I went to another salon to get a "subtle ombre" and walked out with skunk hair!! A friend recommended Hair Loft, so I thought I'd give it a try and see if they could fix my disaster. The second I walked in, all the girls working there could obviously see I was distressed. I'm not exaggerating when I say they all came over to my chair to tell me it was going to be ok, look at my hair and come up with a solution. Needless to say, I walked out of the salon with the best blonde highlights I've ever had!! Not only are the girls that work there AMAZING at what they do, they absolutely love their jobs... and you can tell! You know when you walk into a salon and every person working there is beautiful, you are going to walk out looking and feeling beautiful. And this is the case at Hair Loft. Perfect atmosphere, sweetest girls working there, and wonderful experience. I can't recommend it enough and I can't wait to bring my girlfriends there!
