My boyfriend has a pretty bad cowlick and has never really gotten a haircut that would help mask it. He finally decided he wanted to try a new style so he looked up salons around town. He decided to give Flawless Salon a try. Both of us with fingers crossed. I showed Megan the owner/stylist a picture of the haircut and my goodness she did such a great job. She took her time, really cared about getting the style how my boyfriend wanted it, and masked his cowlick. We will definitely be regulars.

Absolutely love this place they definitely live up to the name FLAWLESS I usually get my lashes done at Seva but I was referred to this place an Samantha did an amazing job on my lashes I was very pleased with the natural look thanks so much I will be returning.

Worst place to get your eyebrows done they had no idea what they were doing. I got mine waxed and she did a really bad job. They were uneven and to thin for my liking. Don’t do it. It’s way better getting them done elsewhere

Had an awesome experience form the minute I walked in the door. There were customers hanging out and everyone just having a lively conversation. Vibes were great as they all welcomed me into the conversation and throughout the whole experience everyone was so nice, very down to earth! Megan was very focused and hooked me up with the freshest fade I’ve ever had! Love the atmosphere here, and would recommend them every time! Prices are better than anyone else’s l! Literally the best haircut experience I’ve ever had!!!

Love this relaxed layed back fun salon!! Walked in to see if they could do silver color expecting to make appointment for next week Megan the owner said yes we can do that just give China a few minutes to get back from getting supplies. Love end result had to try several different toners to get right shade but Megan kept trying till it was close to picture I brought in. Will definitely be back. Only down side was how long it took for highlights but in China’s defense I have lots of hair. Thanks again oh and for very reasonable price

If I could give no stars I would. I usually don’t post things like this but my experience was just awful and there are no excuses. I went a week ago to get my lashes dyed, permed and potentially to get extensions. When I arrived ON TIME for my appointment, I had to wait for 30-40 mins before someone helped me. When “Samantha” brought me into the room to dye and perm my lashes she was unprofessional and plain sloppy. She continued to belch near my face and talk about what a “Gross lunch” she had (DISGUSTING) and she did not wear gloves, she put SCOTCH TAPE on my bottom lashes to hold them down and when she proceeded to dye and perm my top lashes, she repeatedly (10+ times) expressed how “old” the glue and perm solution were and how she needed a new kit. She got the glue, perm solution AND the dye in my eyes. When I was obviously in pain she just scrubbed my eyes with a makeup wipe instead of using the HUGE BOTTLE OF SALINE SOLUTION RIGHT NEXT TO HER. She missed several spots with the dye resulting in some of my lashes STILL BEING BLONDE. My eyelids were dyed purple because of how sloppy she was with the dye. And she made me get up from the table to help someone else WHILE THE DYE WAS STILL ON MY LASHES. I was standing there for a while waiting for them to wipe it off and Meghan asks me “Where you ready to pay or?” And I shouted that the dye was still on my eyes and she seemed confused. I walked out with my lashes sloppily dyed, not permed at all (because the perm solution was so “old” I would have to wait for them to get a new kit) and no extensions. They proceeded to charge me $25.00 and didn’t apologize at all. Meghan attempted to make an appointment for extensions and because SHE was not the one who made a mistake, we arranged an appointment for 1pm Sunday (yesterday) and Meghan texts me saying she’s going to be busy at “Flea Fest” and that she didn’t know if she could make our appointment. Never go here. They are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I would ask for a refund if I weren’t so reluctant to step foot in that salon a second time.

I called to get my hair colored on a Saturday the owner had no openings for the day, so she offered to come in on Sunday and do my hair since I am a refinery worker and hardly get off, and I have to say she dine an amazing job. Then took the time to do a facial microderm abrasion on my husband .We were both anazied and satisfied with the quality of work. She is vary talented and professional and a vary friendly Lady. Truly flawless!! Im a very happy person I went to get a coloring done and Megan (owner) is just a blessing I described to her what I wanted and it came out even better than I could have imagined! I love my hair very much and I'm really thankful to her and China. The salon is definitely a plus it's very chic. She also sales clothes (nice clothes) it was just an enjoyable place to be. I felt very comfortable there and that's always a good thing.So if your looking at this then you should definitely head there way she also does alot of other things besides hair! Thank you flawless

I loved my experience. I had fried hair from a body wave at a high end salon in Lake Charles. Jo was very knowledgeable and turned my hair from a frizzy mess into beauty. I rarely like my hair after salon visits to most places, but i really liked what Jo did. I will be returning
