I was looking for a new salon and this place far exceeded my expectations! I called for a color change appointment and was offered several appointment times within the next week. When I arrived, I didn't wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. There's a refreshment bar that you can help yourself to while you wait which was great. I was also given a tour of the place by the owner who was so welcoming and nice! I think the staff are very sociable and I saw them helping each other out with different needs which says a lot about their good teamwork, especially being such a busy place. I had my hair done by Sophia and she did an excellent job. She told me everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions. I love the way that my hair turned out! The price I paid is about what I have paid at any other salon and isn't too expensive. Definitely fair and affordable! I will definitely be coming back in the near future for another appointment. Highly recommend!

Tiffany Cruz is an amazing stylist! I have always gone to up-scale salons for blonde highlights and a layered haircut, but no one has made my highlights look this natural! I let her know that due to my busy schedule I wouldn't be able to come in as often as I would like so she used a technique that would help my roots look less harsh when it begins to grow out which has always been my biggest struggle with highlights. Tiffany also explained how I can blow dry my hair to help give it more volume to my very flat hair and used a variety of products on my hair to let me see what I liked! The price for highlights/toner that took 2 hours, a layered haircut, eyebrow wax, and a blow dry product was only 121.60 before tax/tip. This is the cheapest I have ever paid at a salon! I'll be back to see Tiffany from here on out!

I am still trying to find my go to hair salon. I went to get my hair trimmed and layered about 5 months ago and didn't leave a review because I was unsure of how I felt about the place. My cut looked great right after the visit. However, the next day after washing it and just blowing drying it I noticed that the hair stylist probably needs a little more experience in shearing the layers to make them blend together more. Also, the amount of layering she did was more on one side than the other. I have straight asian hair, so the faults are a little more noticeable than normal. Additionally, the cost on the website of each stylist needs to be corrected or I was charged extra for something that I was not aware of. For example, conditioner or whatever. It was only $5 but it kind of irked me. However, the reason I am not returning to this place is because of poor appointment etiquette. I booked a 3 month in advance appointment right after my first visit and was notified on Oct 30th for cancellation of a Nov 3rd appointment. I understand that hair stylists have lives outside of work but whoever is making appointments should have either notified me at least a week in advance or booked me with a different stylist on the same day. I am a very busy person and make plans around set appointments (asking off work in advance and planning meetings around them).

This has become my go-to hair place after some bad experiences with other stylists in the area. Ariel is absolutely fantastic and never disappoints. She's thorough with her consultations before every appointment and really gets the clearest understanding possible of what I want before picking any tools up. The salon is cute and has been updated considerably since I've been going. There's a cute retail area and refreshments. My only big critiques are that the waiting area is tiny and the chair is uncomfortable, and the receptionists lack personality or hardly respond to you when walking through the door at times. And hang on if you try to hold a conversation because it won't last long. Haha But, all in all it's a great place, and my minor dislikes won't stop me from coming here to get my hair done!

SCREW THIS PLACE! $80 just for a BLEACH by a Level 1 stylist!? This place is way over priced, every stylist has their own made up prices judging each person by sight. It’s not hard to bleach and dye hair. Just goes to show how greedy and judgmental people are. Found a different salon that will do the same for way cheaper.

Hands down the best salon in the Shreveport/Bossier area! Every staff member is very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you as if they've known you forever. Olivia was amazing! I was so nervous since we relocate often finding a new stylist. Nobody has been able to recreate what my stylist (from my hometown) was able to give me a couple years ago. Olivia nailed it and gave me time to go over the things I wanted and the things I didn’t. All the staff are extremely friendly and I felt completely welcome walking in the door. I would recommend this salon to anyone new to the area and nervous as I was. Go make an appointment you won’t regret it!!!

I went in about a month ago to go from a warm dark brown with lighter tips to an all over cool dark brown, almost black. What I got was a dark base (that washed out two weeks later) and a toner on my ends (which I had expressed I wasn’t a fan of because it washes out practically the next day). My biggest concern was getting the warmth/red out of my hair, but going here actually made it worse. While they were drying my hair, I could see immediately that it looked like a dark auburn instead of a cool brown. I told my hairdresser, and she gave me the option of waiting a day to see if I liked it in normal lighting or putting another toner on so I waited because my hair already felt horribly damaged from this process. The next day she called me back and asked how it was, which I agreed that It didn’t look as terrible as it did in the salon lighting. While I was trying to tell her that I was still unhappy because it was not what I wanted, she cut me off and said “Great I’m glad you’re happy with your hair! If there’s anything else I can do, let me know!” And at that point I just didn’t care because I was so irritated with the entire situation. It took two weeks before my hair went back to exactly how it looked before I went in, except it’s much more damaged now. I paid just as much for this botched ash-brown as I had for a full balayage in a much higher-end salon, which is ridiculous.
