Had my hair coloured, partial hair painting, washed, conditioning treatment and blow dry by the wonderful Lauren. I placed my trust in Lauren, and I'm so pleased that I did! Not only is she a very skilled stylist and colour-expert, Lauren is such a friendly and professional young lady who puts you at ease, remembers previous chats/visits and takes the time to find out what you want from your style, and advises you on the best way to look after your hair. I've had two visits now and hopefully will never need to go elsewhere. The high level of customer service as well as colouring of my hair were both excellent at Bella Style Salon. I have to say Meghan has been Awesome! I had original lashes done some place else, after having my first refill 2 weeks later I had an issue with my left eye the inner corner where lashes came off. The original place responded you can make an apt and I will remove them. I told her I did not want to remove them, she offered no other service. I went to Bella Salon and met Meghan and she has been working with me and my lashes! Since. Thank You Meghan!

Bella Style Salon was wonderful. I have been searching for the right place since I moved to Slidell 7 months ago. This shop was my 3rd try. Third time was a charm as the saying goes. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and outgoing as expected in any Aveda salon. My stylist was Lorrie, and she was fantastic! I took a couple pictures in of styles I was interested in, and she was able to take my ideas and give me a color and style that was perfect. I have had nothing but compliments on my new style. I really appreciated the signs on each desk to for next appointment times. It took the thinking out of the process. I just had to look at 6 weeks and there was the date. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. See you in another 5 weeks.

First off Shannon is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in everything is wonderful. Love the atmosphere! Secondly, I can't say enough good things about Shannon, their amazing esthetician. She's definitely knowledgeable in her craft, easy to get along with making you feel super comfortable, and extremely thorough. I have gone to her twice now for a Brazilian wax. The positions she has you lay in are super comfortable. She has never made me feel exposed, which is huge when receiving this type of service. You can tell she truely cares and her work shows!!! I started going to the salon in June. I was in search of someone to do lash lifts. The place I went prior to here had a person doing great lash lifts but just up and left. Thankfully I found Bella Style. Shannon is now my lash lift and lash/brow tint go to. We have worked through the kinks and I'm extremely excited for finding her. Megan is sweet but I had an issue with payment. When I scheduled I was under the impression I was paying $45 for a 2 week refil. When the service was done and time to pay I was told my total was $75. I was confused and angry by this because it was not what I was supposed to be paying. I canceled an appointment I had with another lash tech because Megan was far cheaper and I even expressed that. I’m not appreciative of the surprise I encounter at checkout and it has spoiled the service at Bella Style for me. I’d rather stick with paying more for the consistency in price and quality. I wasted money today and left unhappy. I can’t recommend this service at this salon because nothing was done to even try and fix this issue other than a woman who told me well it will be $45 in the future. The future wasn’t my issue it was the current checkout price I had an issue with. It’s a shame because I thought I had found a new great place for lashes. I won’t be coming back for lashes, I may come back for hair with Lauren still but this event has really tarnished Bella Style as a whole for me. Customer service is essential for a successful business and today theirs was severely lacking.

Wish I could put zero stars.. I went for my first time and brought a picture of what I wanted. I said that my highlights always turn out gold and I do not want gold hair. She said that would be no problem. She did not come close to the picture and I thought maybe after I went home it would be better. I cried because I hated it so much. I called and they said to come back in and they would look at it. Her and another stylist said that because my hair was dark (my hair is light brown) that was why it was the color that it was. She said to come back for another appointment. I was not about to spend another $200 to chance it not coming out correctly again. She should have told me that she could not do it from the get-go instead of making me believe she could do it. Horrible hair coloring and very over priced. Find another place to go!

Bella Style is a fantastic salon! The owner Jen has a wonderful staff of friendly professional ladies who do a great job with their clients. I am in sales and have a ridiculous schedule that makes it hard to keep appointments. I am that walk in guy. While I do prefer to have my hair done by the same person, my inability to keep appointments requires a little flexibility on my end. I have no reservations about a men's cut at Bella Style. I was able to experience the signature manicure and pedicure with Tiffany and it was everything I hoped it would be. The attention to detail and the quality of products and procedure used was incredible. I was able to relax and be pampered in a fun and comfortable environment. The best part was the foot massage. I have had many many manicure and pedicures and this one was one of the best. The cleanliness and the quality products they use are far superior than anything I have experienced. The atmosphere was nice. However, my stylist seemed to be right out of school. Another stylist had to finish my cut because she couldn’t get it straight. I decided to give her another chance and she totally didn’t listen to me and thinned my hair. It was a horrible mess for months. And even tried to sell me two different products to thicken my hair. When before she got hold of it was very thick. The other stylist may be great but 2 bad experiences, I’ll NEVER go back. Won’t take the chance. I give it 3 stars because it’s nice and the other stylist attempted to fix her work the first time. It couldn’t be fixed the second visit. Don’t go to Tiffani, if she’s even there anymore.

First time at this salon. Made an appointment for a Saturday for a party and when I showed up they basically told me I had not made an appt. I asked the receptionist if she can check with the stylist to see if she can accommodate me, I saw them talking for a couple minutes. The stylist came over and said to me the exact same thing that I had to make an appt, which is sad because ”I had made an appt”, I even showed her my confirmation. She just didn’t care and walked away to chat with her coworker. Neither of them had a client, just chatting away. I guess they don’t need new clients.
