My granddaughter who is a freshman at Northwestern went to All Tangled Up for a haircut. When she came home to Lake Charles we couldn't get over what a terrible haircut it was. The back was just all messed up. She said the hair stylist had to call someone over to help her. I encouraged my granddaughter to go back to the shop and ask for her money back or at least half of her money back. She did not want them to make it right by cutting on her hair again. She said never again would they cut her hair. Anyway she finally got up enough nerve to go back and ask for her money back. She was told the manager was not in and to come back. She indeed went back at the appointed time and they wouldn't let her past the receiptionist in order to speak to the manager. The lady said my granddaughter would not get her money back. I applauded my granddaughter for at least voicing her concerns might I add in a very polite manner. Shame on All Tangled Up for not taking better care of the young people we send to your towns University. You took advantage of a young woman who had never had to get her hair cut away from home. You get a zero for customer service.

Jorge's Fades Took my son for a last minute haircut Jorge took him in @ 6:20pm after closing. I like the fact that this Barber stayed late for ppl like us that have hectic schedules. FYI: Friday and Saturday appointments Only. We just told Jorge what we wanted and Sebastian got a fade, lineup, and design. He loved it. There's plenty of seating, two sections. A toy area. Very nice decor! Absolutely recommend barber Jorge! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Out of town visitors just stopped in randomly. Tracee look care of our little boy. She worked with him and was very patient and kind. He was crying and flailing at the beginning but giggling and still by the end. She worked wonders and made our whole family (6 of us total) feel welcomed and at home on New Years Eve. Whether a local or a visitor, I highly recommend her and this quaint salon. I also suggest using the common courtesy and sense of calling ahead to make sure it's a good time to swing by.

The shop looks nice but the stylist I went to did not follow the instructions I asked her to follow. You think a stylist with a license would know that if a costumer says no straight across bangs you certainly do not cut their hair to make them have straight across bangs! Never going here again what a waist of $30.
