I am rating Brittany at the salon, not the salon itself. I had been going to her for a while and loved her. She did my hair for my wedding and all my girls. After my honeymoon, In October I decided i wanted to cut my hair. Well, she talked me into getting a perm since I had worked so hard to grow it long. She had thought I would like it as it would look like beach waves. My hair was colored and had been for years. Well, the perm was preformed, processed, and completed. At that point I knew something was wong. We could barley get a brush through it. But I was told that was normal. I knew it was not. I was sent home. After days, I knew my hair was ruined, it was fried. She was on vacation.... I sent pictures...i did get my money back (for the perm).. and was offered a conditioning treatment when she returned however, that never happened. I went to multiple places, had my hair tested... it was determined the wrong solution to process the perm was used for color treated hair. My hair was fried. I reached out to her, but nothing really. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on shampoos, conditioners, products, conditioning treatments, frequent cuts for dead ends etc. And still my hair looks awful. It's so
embarrassing. She has never reached out to me to see if there is anything she can do, if she can help fix her mistake, provide any assistance. This is NOT the salons fault. A little empathy from the stylist would go a long way. Beware of perms from her.
