My husband was treated with disrespect and humiliated. The woman that he seen picked trough his hair for five minutes and then shaved the back of his head. She then stopped and picked through again and began to shave more. After the back was completely shaved off she began to pick through his hair again and said she was unable to continue because of a nit. Obviously it wasn't or the 15 minutes of looking would have revealed something sooner. It was close to closing time and I don't think she wanted another costumer or could handle what he was wanting done. This was the first and last time we will ever go here. I really wish people could see how he was treated. I don't know about the business in general but the stylist was horrible! This is why people never go anywhere new!

Very disappointed. Made an appointment for 3 of us to get our hair done at the same time (verified this on the phone). When we arrived there was one girl. I asked her to trim my ends/layers to clean it up and style it. Her idea of trimming my hair consisted of her combing my hair straight and walking around me snipping it straight across. Anyone with layers knows that will look horrible after. She didn't wash my hair or even wet it down. I stopped her and we left. Ladies if you are looking for a good stylist that knows what they are doing with your hair this ISN'T the place.
