I've seen and loved Shay's clients with color, so I went to Shay to get a brand new vibrant color for me - magenta! I am very pleased with how it turned out! Shay is very professional, honest, pays attention to detail and loves to educate her clients, as well. I recommend Shay with no hesitancies!

"Worth the drive" I cannot begin to say enough good things about this salon. I have gone to several salons where I live in Cincinnati and have always left feeling disappointed and overcharged. I researched salons in Columbus, Indianapolis, Detroit and Chicago; not really impressed with my findings. While speaking to my cousin, she stated when she lived in Louisville KY, she noticed how everyones hair looked healthy...so I added Louisville to my search. The only salon that stood out was "So Sassy Salon". So I made the 2 hour drive....AND IT WAS WORTH IT!!!! My hair texture is a 4b/4c. When Shay finished....I had body, bounce and shine. My hair didn't smell fried as it had with the salons in Cincinnati. My hair had "life"! She treated my scalp as well as my hair, only cutting what was needed. She educated me on what I should do to help maintain healthy, beautiful hair...and i thank you!!! Me and my hair look forward to our next appointment. #teamsosassysalon

So let me tell you how Shay laid my hair. When I left out of that salon after she flat ironed my hair, it was the bouncy, full, and flowing. My hair is natural, so I was wondering how it would turn out, but Shay's technique got me together. She is so nice too! I give her my fullest recommendation! I will return again and again.
