Had a luxurious experience at Planet Salon Beaumont, left looking good and feeling pampered. Their spa packages are a great value and experience, I've never felt so glamorous! I wish I could do this every time I gotta get fancy. Jill does fantastic work with facials, my skin was bright and glowing all week. The massage therapist Kathy had the perfect amount of pressure and really paid attention to my problem spots, I felt like I was melting into the table - I didn't want it to end!! I cannot recommend this spa enough! The owner Whitney was so professional and bubbly, I could tell she really cares about her customers. I had my hair colored by Veronica and I get compliments on it daily, even months after having it done - it looks so vibrant and natural, plus she gives the BEST scalp massage!

Veronica is the most amazing hairstylist I've ever been to. I've NEVER had so many complements on my hair consistently. She knows her stuff. Trust me. Just sit in her chair, shut up and let her work her magic! I never thought of going blonde since I've always had black brown or red hair. She dared me to be different and it WORKED EVERYONE time. All staff there are more than friendly and really know what to recommend you. The product knowledge goes from front desk to stylist. The nail techs are all so sweet and do amazing work as well. Any employee in there can advise you of what to use for whatever you're trying to achieve. Every time I have walked into the place everyone is happy and seems to be having fun. I can truly say they turned me from frumpy tired new mom too a sexy milf! ! You will NOT be disappointed.

I have been to several different salons, and a few different stylists at Planet Salon. I have never been happier than I am with Tasha B.! She is fun, bubbly, and sweet, but definitely not over the top. She is extremely genuine. I honestly felt like I’d known her forever, and I absolutely LOVE what she did with my hair. We bleached the whole thing and went purple, and it looks awesome! She gave me tips for keeping the color intact longer, and barely trimmed anything off. Even after all that bleach she put on me, none of my hair broke off, and because she did a conditioning treatment, my hair feels like silk! I adore her and I adore my hair! I have definitely found my new stylist!

I came in with a horrible cut done by a new stylist I had given a try. I had an appointment with Veronica who assured me she could fix my chop job and "turn my frown upside down." I was so upset when I came in but by the time I left I was a new woman. She was so genuinely sweet and wow what a talented stylist! I will NEVER go to anyone else EVER!

Not thrilled with my experience at Planet Salon Beaumont. I booked online for a full highlight + cut + style for $108. I got to check out and was shocked to find out it was actually $173 for a partial highlight + cut + style. I was not given any heads up that my charges would be $60 more than I was expecting. I am upset, especially since the $108 estimate was for a full highlight, so you think it'd cover the cost of the change to a partial highlight. It'd be nice if the cost was given up front instead of misleading customers.

I'm so disappointed with my hair. I paid over $100 here, and my hair is crooked and there are multiple pieces of hair that the girl just missed cutting. It's ridiculous. I was at work, and another girl was pointing out places where my hair was longer. :( So embarrassed! If you don't know the stylist, save your money.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and don’t plan on changing that anytime soon! From facials, chemical peels, hair cuts and styles, make up, lashes, and wedding hair and make up - I’ve experienced it all and truly believe they offer the best service. I had 17 girls in my wedding, including my mom and aunt and they did hair and make up on us ALL! Without a problem. Not to mention, we had a lot of fun and shared a lot of laughs that morning. I still get compliments on how pretty all of our hair and make up looked! My only regret is not finding them sooner! I look forward to my talk with Jill every time I go and get my lashes done. Not only are they great at what they do, but they treat every client as they would a friend or a family member. Very thankful for the Planet Salon staff here at Beaumont!

And honestly, I have never been so happy/ecstatic/impressed with my hair cut! Not only did Emma get the exact look I wanted but she also was so skilled and knowledgeable about hair types that she took my thick and coarse hair and made it manageable and created movement I haven't had in a long time! I used to get great haircuts here in the past, but last time I had a new person named Kelly who literally just refused to cut my hair the way I requested. After I told her that the left side she did was "perfect," she then proceeded to take two more snips with the scissors off that side. I have never felt so disrespected in a hair place in my life. I don't know what happened to y'all but this place has really gone downhill fast. Hope things change because I like to be a loyal customer to the places I frequent, but sometimes the service is just so awful that you almost have no choice but to go somewhere else. Totally rude and not helpful, they expect you to know as much information as their stylists. Due to miscommunication my hair had to be redone and the manager promised on the phone to fix their mistakes for free but then charged me anyway. Very bad experience.

First time visiting here. I was charged for a shampoo and cut but the lady doing my hair only cut it. The person cutting my hair did a terrible job. When cutting my hair she cut it dry. She made my bangs uneven and cut off way more than I asked for. When she went to curl my hair she yanked so hard that my eyes watered. My purse ended up under the bar of the chair and instead of lifting the chair up, she dragged the bar across my purse. I had to go to another salon to get my bangs fixed and even now they are too short. I won't be coming back here.

Tyler is simply amazing. From someone who still went back to SC for 6 years to get my hair done, he quickly converted me. My hair has never looked better. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. The salon and spa are beautiful. Their hours are great for someone who works normal work hours and wants to get their hair done afterwards. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I love this salon. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. Everyone really works to make your experience relaxing. My stylist, Antonia, is definitely the best. She listens to what I want, but is willing to offer suggestions if I am not quite sure what I want or if what I want doesn't work for my face shape. I have gone to her for hair cuts (ranging from an inch to over 4 inches) and color (both natural looking and more modern colors i.e. pink) and have yet to have a bad experience with her. I always leave feeling prettier than when I entered. I have definitely found my stylist and my salon.

Dominique is AMAZING!! Best cut I've had in years. I asked for a pixie and she actually gave me one! She was confident, discussed my bone structure, knew immediately that my hair lays in crazy directions, spotted the heaviness in the front, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I went in to get an ombre and it looks like i have highlights in... I straighten my hair and there is not a nice blend there is very little color.. the people were nice but they do pamper you very well...you can tell that they are a good group of people...but my hair didn't turn out anything like i was expecting..it didn't turn out good... I did see other people get there hair done and it looked like there's turned out great....i paid $215 which also included a shampoo and a conditioner...but i felt like she didnt give me enough color for what it cost me to get my hair done...sooo upset, now I have to wait to get more color put in and try to have someone make it look like and ombre...because this does not look like an ombre at all...

Sarah, my hairstylist, is great (I love my pixie cut!), and the woman who works at the front desk is very sweet.

The only place I go for highlights. Billie is amazing. I'm to the point now where I don't even give specifics. I tell him if I want to go lighter, darker, or if I want to stay the same, he decides the rest, and I always love it. Beautiful blowouts, clean location, super nice people who work with your schedule, and they offer coffee, water, and a tasty M&M/peanut party mix. Love!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Whitney who made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Planet Salon in Beaumont has been taking care of me for a long time now. I am in there at least once a month and was in there 2 weeks ago 3 different times. Victoria has been doing my manicures and pedicures for years. She does the best acrylic nails around and is the only one I let touch my nails and toes! Trish takes care of any and all of my waxings, and also keeps my 18 year old daughter's waist length hair looking good. Fiona has been highlighting my hair for quite some time now and I would recommend her to anyone! You're always greeted with a smile by either Tia or Nicole. You can't go wrong with any service you choose to get there.
