I took my daughter here only to find out she had no lice! It was great not just saving the money and stress, but knowing I could trust them to not take my money. The last time we came here it was $130 but this time it was $10! It would have been easy for them to say " This is bad" and just take my money. Thank you for not taking advantage of me!!

I am eternally grateful for the staff at Nitwits!! MY daughter got head lice at school and the nits in her head were so stubborn!! My mother and I sat for over 6 hours trying to pick them out which was not super easy or fun for my special needs child. I made a same day appointment with Nitwits and they completely took care of her. This service was worth every single penny! My daughter saw Alice and she was so kind and patient with her. She has a lot of sensory issues and HATES anyone touching her hair. Alice explained every part of the procedure to her, and walked her through each step before proceeding making sure she was comfortable first. She also put her at ease with a movie to watch during the treatment. The whole treatment took less than an hour. I will recommend this service to anyone in need a thousand times over!

Very amazing place!! Very respectful and never show how stressed they are when i went in there was about 13 customers and all of the workers had a smile and greeted everyone the whole time they take PASSPORT AND MEDICAIDE CARDS AND ONLY COST 99$ WITH THOES. Worth every dollar spent

I wish I could give nit wits more then 5 stars but unfortunately 5 stars is all that google allows. We were exposed to head lice and my 5 year old Daughter contacted it. We went in there frantic and by the end I was so happy!! I strongly recomend nit wits over any other lice company there is! If we ever get again I will for sure come back! And it’s a great place to go if you have small children our technician was able to check through our 3 year old as well without any problems!! Love this place! They made my experience with my daughter so much better then normal. They gave me hope I didn’t think I had. After treating her and thinking it was gone and it wasn’t. But now she is completely clean. Fast and easy, no fighting with her to get her to sit still. While the chemicals from the stores don’t work. Give them a call before spending more at over the counter chemicals that don’t work anyway. Even makes it kid friendly and lets the kids watch what they love while getting there hair done.

You will be free of lice when you leave Nit Wits. They use the air allé machine and are part of Lice Clinics of America. All three of my girls had lice and I saved time and money by coming here first. Peace of mind knowing the dreaded lice are gone!! Nit Wits is a great place. Super friendly staff. The only place I would go if anyone in my family has lice again.

Recently brought my Austic daughter here for treatment, had some serious doubts since she hates thinks in or around her head. Nitwits calmed her, and did it on her terms, let her run around for a minute then back in the chair. I felt relived that it was handled so well as I was largely expecting a fight. I wish I knew about this place from the start. I spent over a hundred dollars and countless hours washing my hair, clothes, bed, etc. I could have just stopped by here. I was successful in getting rid of my lice, but wanted the comfort of someone who really knew lice to confirm it. The friendly lady picked my hair out and examined it and certified me lice free! I hope I never get lice again, but If I do, I am going here immediately. A+

It was my first time ever having lice and coming here made the whole ordeal much more manageable. My aunt and I called at like 8 pm when we first found out and Alice happily got us in early the next morning. After literally one treatment I was lice free! The experience was great, and Alice is so amiable and pleasant. I was so stressed about it all but it ended up okay. Alice told us everything she was doing and gave us tips for afterwards- it was perfect! I’m very grateful and I totally recommend this place!

After dealing with lice for three months, I finally scheduled the appointment at NitWits and wished I had done it earlier. My daughter is 7 and we think picked up lice at the Halloween store while trying on wigs. I tried every over the counter thing, home concoctions, the whole deal. Nothing wiped out every nit. My daughter and I were both treated and are now Free! The owner and technician are so sweet and knowledgeable. I can’t encourage you enough to get the treatment as soon as you learn your kiddo has the awful little lice bug on them!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. My only issue is it was very pricey. I had never used a service like before so I was unsure of how it would work and how much it would cost. I actually called 2 times. The first time I called I asked for the price range and a women told me $45-$100, the second time I called I scheduled an appointment but then I was told $45-$175. For a full treatment it is $175, so basically if you have lice, plan to spend $175 per head.

I had tried everything I could to get rid of the lice. I was running out of time to treat my children due to my wedding coming up. My girls had hair appointments and I didn't want the stylist to find anything. So in desperation I turned to the internet to find a cure to treat my girls. That is when I came across the Nit Wits site. The more I read I knew this was my best option. So I proceed to call and spoke to Amy. She was nice and understood my situation, and showed sympathy for me and my girls. So she was able to get us in that week. We drove to Louisville from a small town about 4 hours away. When we arrived Amy was there to greet us. She is such a nice person and answered all of our questions. They used a oil to treat my girls and surprisingly it didn't smell horrible like I was expecting. Their work is 100 % guaranteed. So a week later we got the girls hair done for the wedding. The stylist knew nothing and even commented how shiny and beautiful my girls hair was. So in conclusion I strongly recommend Nit Wits and their products, they are heaven sent. And I still use their products to this day if need be. The only product I will ever use!

We had a fantastic experience at Nit Wits. I was having a hard time getting rid of lice from my daughter's hair and I was worried about myself having lice as well. Barbara was so kind and gentle combing out my daughter's hair and checked me for lice (I was lice free and now had peace of mind, too). My daughter (4 yrs) who usually won't sit still at all, sat through the whole thing feeling like this was a luxurious spa experience. She came out of there ecstatic and I came out completely relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend Nit Wits!
