I've chewed on writing this for awhile and I feel I should share. I really wanted to love this place but not so much. It was my 2nd time going and the original person I saw was out so I chose a new girl. Her personality and customer service skills are amazing but unfortunately not so much in the hair department. I got home from my appointment and noticed a blonde streak at the top of my head that no matter how I fixed my hair, it was noticeable. I texted the hairdresser and she said let's make it right, come in at my convenience. Great!! I get there and shortly after another client showed which explains her promptness with my hair. The accident occurred because she ran low on highlighter so she mixed it with clay which swelled and ran into my other hair (not a hairdresser so not a clue but seems like a rookie mistake). We agreed on low lights but she didn't want my hair dark or maybe no time but when it was over, I lifted my bangs and the line was still strong as ever. Again, upon showing her, she didn't want to put too much in my hair and sent me on my way. If you mess up and are going to make it right, then do it proper. On top of everything, not great at highlights. It looked like I had a month of outgrowth already. Maybe she had a bad day...
Edit*** I went to another salon to get my hair fixed and come to find out i had bleed marks all over my head that your stylist didn't address because i couldn't see them. And the kicker, my haircut was crooked.
