The only reason why I’m giving the store any stars is because they have a decent selection of products and the two ladies that helped my sister and I try on wigs were friendly and knowledgeable. My problem with the store is based on how rude the owner is. We were trying on wigs, and they only allow you to try on a total of four. With such a limitation, I felt pressured to choose wisely on which styles I decided to actually try on. My sister picked out the ONE she wanted to try, and I did as well. My first wig didn’t work for me, so I found another one I wanted to try. My sister liked that style, as well as the one she tried first, so she also tried the second wig that I tried on. So at this point, both of us had only tried on two different styles. My sister was torn between the two styles as to which one she would actually purchase, so she asked the lady if she could try the first one on again. I’m not sure exactly what the issue was, but at this time, the owner comes back and tells my sister that she can’t try on anymore after that one. The lady that worked there told him that she had only tried two, but he basically said she was cut off. Very rude! The store was empty besides one other customer, and based on the hours posted on the door, they were still open (but apparently he wanted to close early). We were going to possibly make a purchase of 3-4 units, but not after that. So I googled the brand and style and ended up finding it online for quite a bit less. We paid our $1 each for the wig caps (something I’ve never seen before) and left. There is no way I would ever patronize a business whose owner was so rude. As hard as it is for stores to compete with online, you’d think they would value their customers a little more. They will not get another cent from me!
