Do not show up even 5 minutes late for an appointment (if you can even get one, they are always booked at both locations). If you do, they will tell you they dont have time to do your cut. Even if you called ahead and told them you'd be a couple minutes late (they mentioned nothing about not being able to accomodate me, just said ok, come on in). Then when I get there, im told despite driving all the way there, they cant cut my hair. Terrible customer service and follow through. Would expect more from a $30 mens haircut. Especially after having gone there dozens of times. I told them they were losing a repeat customer, and they didn't even care. Horrible experience.
Edit: I apologize. I wrote my review in frustration. Other than this 1 time, you have given extraordinary service. However, I was told nothing when I called. I said I'd be a few minutes late. She asked how many, I said 5 minutes (what my GPS said). She said nothing more. I typically use the Hurstbourne location, but the last 3 times I called, there were no appointments. So I decided to try your other location. The extra 3 minutes were the time it took me to find the location as the shopping center was a bit confusing, as I hadn't been there before. I appreciate your genuine response and completely understand the need to provide the service in the manner that you do. I merely would have appreciated a heads up, and definitely more concern from the employees. I was treated as if I had done something wrong and spoken to in a very accusatory tone, which I didn't appreciate. I was somewhat frustrated in my tone, but I work in customer service, as an employee you cannot return that tone. I will change me review to 4 stars as other than this instance, I have been given exemplary service, but I thought you should hear my perspective as well.
