Absolutely terrible. My wife booked an appointment online and then life happened and we had to miss the appointment. I noticed that our credit card was charged $120 when the appointment was supposed to be. She called around an hour afterwards, when she finally had time to, and they said that she would have to make another appointment and pay for it all again. That’s all understandable but then they said that they would not be refunding the $120 they called it a “late charge”. Absolutely unacceptable DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE!!

I have been her customer for many years, and every appointment with her has left me feeling uplifted and refreshed. She is a wonderful person on top of all the talent she has.

Kira colored, cut and styled my hair, and it looks AMAZING!!! My hair has only ever been the same brown color and I have always just trimmed it myself. I wanted a big change and she nailed it! She did a great job and I am so happy with my results!

I have been going to Jenny for over ten years and she always puts a smile on my face during my appointment and of course, when revealing my new do! She's so talented!!!!! My hair always turns out great and what I ask for, and if for some reason it didn't turn out the way we planned she is always so quick to offer to fix it. However, with that being said, its RARE that it ever happens, and the few times that it has(over a ten year time frame) I still ended up loving it so I never had her technically 'fix' it, because like I said it still turned out amazing ! I trust Jenny with my hair and that's very hard to find, because my hair is very thin and brittle but she always find a way to do as little damage as possible but still deliver what I ask for!! She always has your best interest when you're indecisive and asking for help/suggestions deciding on what you want to do to your hair. And talk about the staff?! Everytime I walk in there, from the girls at the front desk, to the stylist at the last chair in the back of the salon that you pass to go to the dryers, every single person either smiles at me, says hi to me, starts a conversation with me, etc. It's very refreshing and makes me feel so welcome! Not to mention, I look at their Facebook and Instagram page photos all of the time to get ideas on what I want to do to my hair next, and they are ALL so good at what they do. I would be lucky to go to any stylist at Blush! As far as the actual salon goes .... Like I said before I have followed Jenny for the last ten years to different salons but NEVER have I been to salon like Blush. It is the creme de La Creme of hair salons. Not only is it HUGE, it's SO pretty and high end looking. It has all the bells and whistles. It literally makes me so happy and good when I go in there because I just love the atmosphere and all of the pretty things to look at. I tell Jenny all the time that I wish my house looked like that!! I am so happy for Jenny for this great accomplishment. Since I have known her, she's been working very hard to get here and she has just out done her self with this place. She has truly built a great salon, found an amazing staff, and has made every experience going there - so enjoyable. I highly recommend going to Blush Salon if you haven't been there !!!! She was soo nice and very experienced very nice products and advice to what I should do to my hair since I bleached it. And my gosh I loveeee the place it is sooo pretty love the decor! Got my hair done there once. My hair didn't turn out how the hairdresser wanted, she made that very clear to me. She said my hormones in my hair messed with the color and didnt allow it to lighten. Im not a hair dresser so Im not going to say thats b.s. but she said my hair was at an 8 on the blonde scale and she was goinh to make it a 6. I walked out with dark brown hair and a spot of blonde about a dime size in the front up by my roots. My hair didnt look bad when i walked out, I didn't really want dark brown hair tho and I know she didnt mean that to happen, but i still got charged full price. There for I wont be coming back. Im not a hair dresser, she wanted to try something with my hair that wasnt what i asked for, i decided to go with it bc shes the "professional" unfortunately it didnt work. I was completely floored when I got charged full price-like i said, she made it clear she messed up and it didnt turn out at all how she wanted. I felt like I was a test subject and she straight up experimented on me and I was paying for it.

Blush Salon & Spa is without question Absolutely FANTASTIC!I have been taking my mother there for a weekly hair appointment with Jessica, and all of the girls there never cease to amaze me. I will say that this review isn't directed towards the salon itself but the hairstylist. I had an ombre done with Gianna. I wanted a basic ombre with a toner to help take out any of that brassy color, however Gianna decided to use a new rose gold toner without asking me if this was okay. We had talked about how that would be a neat color and that I might try it sometime, but not today! I had no idea until she turned me around that my hair had this rose gold color.. I did like that color but just seemed very unprofessional to me. I was also quoted a charge when paying and was charged something completely different on my bank statement. Like I said, the salon itself seemed friendly but this stylist was just unprofessional.

Cute place, very current. Receptionist was pleasant. The three stars are for the look and feel of the place. If it weren’t for the hair dresser I had, it would have gotten more stars. My hairdresser, Sugar, seems to lack experience. She didn’t know how to cut curly hair and admitted she didn’t know how to use a round brush. I told her more than once that my hair parted naturally to one side and she still styled it to the other side. I also told her that the hair at my crown needs to be shorter and thinned out because it goes flat then it gets too long. I had to go back to get my hair touched up because she cut the back short but left the sides long and top too long. My hair stuck out at the sides. I looked like the flying nun. It looked pretty much the same after I went in to get it touched up. It’s not the first time I’ve had to go get a touch up but it’s the first time I was just as disappointed after the touch up as I was with the initial cut. Sugar stated that all her clients are younger women which was a little off putting for someone in her 50s. I got the impression she didn’t care to do the hair of someone who has a “mature” style. I will give the salon another chance because I’ve heard good things about it. But with my curly hair, I need a stylist who understands that curly hair and straight hair can not be cut the same way.
