Waist of time....They can cut but to expensive and rude...NEVER AGAIN first time and last time...my friend paid them 20 bucks for a 2yr old hair cut befor and i should of listened to her smh...

Worst customer service experience. I came in for a haircut and no one on the floor. Owner came in and looked mad. He then proceeded to give me a haircut with a heavy hand. Asked him to cut 1/2 in. Off the top. He cut more than 1 inch. Never coming here again. Don't waste your money go to a better place.

In Des Moines from out of town and needed a good cut. One of the only places that would do walk-ins. Owner was friendly on the phone and said he’d love to have me stop through. The place was busy so I figured that was a good sign. I can’t remember the barbers name now for the life of me, but he had glasses and a fedora type hat on. The guy was very personable and kept me feeling good about going outside of my usual barber back home. He did a fantastic job, did exactly what I asked no more no less. Didn’t have me walking around lookin crazy as hell. Definitely recommend you stopping in and don’t let initial impressions keep you from the door.

Sent my boyfriend in to get a cut and a line up. He came out looking like Moses took over the straight blade and split his hair. And his face is so uneven... worst place ever. He clearly was rushed the whole time because my boyfriend was the last one to go in for the night. Worst way to show how professional you are.

The only place I go for a cut. I drive from Ankeny to this barber shop everytime I need a cut. Carlos know what I want and does it right everytime. I reccomend this place to anyone!

I came from out of state for a wedding. Needed a quick cut. Mayra did a outstanding job. By far best hair cut and style I've ever recieved. I 100% recommend. Be sure to book an appointment, the line is out the door.

My son has a double cowlick with a swirl behind it and at the age of 14 we have tried most of the barber shops in the Des Moines area with minimal success. The tendency has been to shave it short through that area which he hates so we thought we would get a new perspective. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door and worked in quickly despite a full waiting area. Our barber took her time, was personable, and did a fabulous job. He has never had such straight lines and she left him with hair on top that he is able to style. He is thrilled and we will definitely be back!

Came in out of town , tried going to another barbershop but didn't know it was appointment only . Looked around and found this place . It was kinda packed ( good sign ) , they got me in a seat fast and the cut came out good . Like the the atmosphere too . Its low key in the hood

Barber I went to can cut decent.Ten barber chairs, in an out fairly quick! It's an Adult Barber shop, not recommended for kids. One of the barber's flowed with to much Profanity.
