I've had many bad experiences at salon's in the past, so I was very hesitant to go out out of my shell and add some color to my hair. At Nova Salon, you have NOTHING to be scared about! The staff is so professional and kind, and they do everything they can to see your satisfaction. Getting my hair done by Lindsy today was one of the most enlightening and easy-going experiences I have ever had at a salon. She gave great advice and gave me the balayage I have always wanted. If I had the option, I would give it more than 5 stars!

I got a great foot and leg massage and my toes look pretty nice. However, my feet, overall, did not. It took me another 30 minutes when I got home to get them properly exfoliated. I was also not impressed with their plastic liners in the tubs & all the disposable utensils that were used. They even put me in a pair of those horrible, disposable flip flops when mine were right there. I prefer proper cleaning of things to piles of garbage. I also asked for a manicure. I thought was clear that I didn't want color, just some exfoliating. The no-color part was understood well enough. I was charged $18 for my fingernails to get some attention, some lotion, and a very coarse sponge to tear up my nails. Additionally, it wasn't pleasant to sit across from the woman talking on her Bluetooth the whole time with her Starbucks cup on the other side of the station. When I left, I really thought I might give them another try. The place looks nice & the employees weren't terribly rude. However, after I got home & saw how little they'd really done for my feet, I won't bother going back.

I have dealt with all of these people at a different salon. Walking in the door was like old home week. The atmosphere was great. The person behind the counter knew who I was. Karen, who has cut my hair for a long did an excellent job as always. Can't say enough good things about these people.

First time at Nova, my mom & sister are frequent flyers. I haven't been to a salon in about 5 years, I normally have my sister cut my hair whenever it needed a quick trim, I was definitely anxious/nervous, but the good kind of nervous. I decided that change should happen before the year is up. Very impressed with everything - their location is wonderful, building has a moderny feel, with employees who are all very welcoming. I will be coming back for sure. Nova's website is pristine and all the employees show the utmost professionalism. For shorter pixie cuts and shaven hairstyles, I highly recommend Molly. My cut took an hour :)

I'm from out of town and was getting married in the morning. I had NO idea how I was going to do my hair and it was last minute. I called a salon, but they didn't have any morning openings, so they refered me to Nova Salon and they got me in. I was so relieved and extreamly happy. The salon was beautiful and clean, the staff there is so nice, they offered me and my fiance something to drink coffee, tea, hot coco, or water. They go above and beyond to make you happy. I got there a little earlier but they took me right away. I didn't have to wait. Irina did my hair she is so nice caring, and sweet. She explained why/ what she was doing with my hair and asked if my hair felt to tight. She didnt want it to be uncomfortable. She helped me decide on if I should were a tierra or not in my hair. Of course it looked beautiful either way. She did such an amazing job. Irina practically helped me get ready for my big day. When I left I felt like a princess, everyone loved my hair, I had a lot of compliments. Thank you such Irina, when I move here I can't wait to have you do my hair again.

Upon walking into Nova, you're presented with an inviting positive energy. The salon is warm, upbeat, and welcoming. The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. There are multiple draws that I personally appreciate: Exceptional comradery between stylist yields a positive and healthy environment to the point, you don't want to leave. Stephanie, as well as the other stylists are very knowledgeable and up on the latest trends and practices. Finally, I never feel pressured and there are no pushy up-sale tactics for products. This business has earned my trust, and I look forward to my follow up appointments!

Beyond excellent! Stephanie listened to exactly what I was looking for in a cut and color, and she delivered it perfectly. She has obvious expertise in curly hair (which is hard to find) and had a lot of great tips for care and styling. She did a very thorough job with the cut to make sure it was perfect, and the color is beautiful. I will definitely be scheduling my next visit here! Also, Mary at the front desk is wonderful! She makes you feel very welcome and special. I am looking forward to coming back!

Nice modern yet cozy space that showcases the stylists. If you want a great fade for a reasonable price, ask for Molly. I've seen great color and longer cuts performed by the other stylists. Always happy when I leave!
