I am so sad about the results of my hair , I didn’t get the color I want and I ask for , it is too yellow for the color of my skin , I pay 165 at the end , when at first when I do my appointment they told me is going to be 150 for all including the cut , I am so thankful for the haircut I have but not for the color I get . Even I show a picture how I want my hair , I actually want to do my hair in black because of the color a get .

Lauren Burt, owner and stylist, has been my hair stylist for 7-8 years and I always get compliments on my hair! Her salon is so cute and they can sometimes even take walk-ins but it's rare! She is usually booked well in advance! If you are looking for a new "salon home" in Avon - this is it!!!

Had a cut with Brooke--she did a wonderful job! I went from long hair to a short bob--she looked at some pictures I had found and helped figure out a way to accomplish a similar cut/style that worked for my hair texture. She kept tinkering with my cut until it was just right. I will definitely be back! Great experience! I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time because Brooke was finishing up with another client, but there were complimentary beverages and comfortable seating, and the attention I received once it was my turn was well worth the wait.

Alex cut my hair. I told her I wanted my layers touched up and my hair just trimmed. This has been a few months but she just chopped my hair up real bad and I don't even wanna wear it down anymore because I'm waiting to go get it cut again. She was really nice but I'm not going back.

My fiancé went in to get a pixie cut and had a video to show some of the detail she wanted and she came home with barely any hair left and nothing of resemblance to what she wanted. It can’t be fixed there’s barely anything left. I can’t possibly recommend this place to anyone we’re out 40 dollars and my fiancé’s unhappy and doesn’t even feel comfortable leaving the house without a hat to cover up her butchered hair.

I went to another hair stylist in the area and my hair was done incorrectly three different times. I went to Luxe to try something new and it was 100% perfect. Great cut and beard trim at a very affordable price. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. The whole experience was wonderful!

The stylists are SO kind here! I was waiting for my car rental to be ready and was walking the shopping centre and happened upon this place. I needed my roots done and bangs cut so I went in and they happened to have a walk in available. They were friendly, as chatty as I wanted to be, listened to my requests, and were genuinely interested in me leaving as happy as possible.

Hate to write bad review, but Mary gapped my hair. I called back twice-she didnt return my call. I always tip 30%. Not going back. This is very unprofessional.
