Spent $150 for a SPIRAL perm and ended up getting a body perm instead. I went back to hair express, the day after my perm, and asked why so much of my hair was straight. I kept getting more and more excuses as to why my hair looked the way it did and that it was "normal". They told me i had to wait another 2 weeks to fix it. Then they wanted me to spend another 50 on their product because apparently its the only thing that works. I've seen plenty of people get home perms and it looked so much better than mine its unreal. I couldve just scrunched my hair before the perm and it would've looked the same as it did after the perm.

This is my go to hair salon in Terre Haute. Was iffy about cutting my hair short in February because I've never had short hair and had no idea what I wanted, but they nailed it and I loved it! Going back today for the same thing and couldn't be more excited! They are all so friendly and have a great atmosphere!

It was, probably the best haircut Salon that I've been to, so far. The Hair Seamtress was so understanding about my need for a haircut and how I only relied on, the bus system here and how hard it would of been for Me to, get to a scheduled appointment on, time. So, she squeezed Me in, last minute right before Her next client came in and, the hair cut was fabulous. Had a good conversation with Her, too while, She was beautifully styling Me hair.

I went here for an updo for a formal event I had on a Saturday. My stylist was running a little late, which wasn't a huge deal since I had pretty much planned on it being that way. I showed my stylist some pictures of what I wanted since I couldn't really decide, and she ended up doing a much simpler version of the picture we finally chose, so I wasn't unhappy with it but I wasn't in love with it.

Called for an eyebrow waxing got an appointment the same day...which was nice. But the experience was not good. Walked in was taken back to the chair, I think the girls name was kassi. Well first off she wasn't the nicest person, defiantly didn't have good customer service. Wasn't looking at me at all when I was describing to her what I would like done to my eyebrows. I explained to her that my last experience was not good as well the girl did not listen to me and took too much off of the ends and I was trying to grow them out again. I told her specially PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take off the ends of my brows I'm trying to grow them out !! What did she do..make them shorter then they have ever been. I was very upset but being the non confrontational person that I am I just said it looked fine and thank you. On top of that she told me over the phone the price is usually 10-15 depending on how much time we take doing the waxing. (I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and that is very pricey) From the time I walked into the salon I was in there a total of 5-7 minutes and she charged me 15...not including a tip. Being a past coffee barista, I know people survive off tips so I tipped as well. In conclusion she didn't take the time to listen, over charged me for sure and didn't even do what I asked. I do not recommend going to this salon whatsoever.

I had just gotten My Hair Cut there, for the first time last week, Friday. And, the Stylist who Cut my Hair, Miss Phyllis Hatfield. Cut my Hair in, such a way. That it ended up being the Best First Hair Cut by, a new Stylist that I had ever received in, my life. I wish that I could give more than a 5 Star Rating because, if I could. It would be a 10 out of 5 Star Review from, Me. Because, it was just the best Hair Cut that I had ever received in my Life. And, it was also for the Greatest Price, too. Only $20 and, of course I Graciously Tip which in, the end result my Hair cut was for $25 Go here if, you want your hair cut by the greatest kind of Hair Stylist out there
