Not very good, the stylists always seem too busy to cut your hair. They say you don't need an appointment when you call but if you just show up they tell you it will be hours before they can cut your hair.

I've been going here for years, and am still waiting on my 1st bad haircut, which has still yet to happen. They aren't the cheapest place to get a cut, but they are a full-service salon that you don't need to make an appointment at. The employees have been there for years and definitely know their stuff when it comes to giving you a good spruce up.

I would not even give them one star. Myself, my son and my in-law walked in only to be ignored. I had stood at the podium for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. My in-law was the only one getting a cut. Finally we sat there for 47 minutes and got so frustrated that no one even spoke or made eye contact with any of us that I asked how much longer because no one even checked us in . The lady I spoke to said oh well we’re really busy but I guess I can squeeze her in. I understand that they already have appointments, but they could of checked us in or told us right when we walked in that it would be after a certain time instead of completely ignoring us.

So we made an Appointment for Friday morning at 8am when they open. I understand being a couple min behind on getting me into the chair since they just opened but no they dont even bother to show up ! I am sorry I set my alarm so I would be there in time so I would think they could do the same

This place is absolutely fantastic! Arvid cuts and colors my hair and does a phenomenal job. I've been a long time customer and have never had a negative experience, but since Arvid took over the shop, this place has gone above and beyond for me. Made a pretty drastic change the last time and he made me feel so good and excited about doing something new! Definitely recommend, ESPECIALLY if you're looking to color!

Y’all. Today I went into my appointment with Fiesta Salon, and met Arvid, who would be doing my hair. My hair is perfect! I have weird hair and have had problems finding the right look for myself, but today, Arvid took my strange natural wavy/curly hair and showed me how to do two different hair styles. One being a classy, hair back, kind of style, and then a messy curls one, which is perfect. Arvid doesn’t only take his clients and their hair personal, but his customer service skills are top notch. It’s nice to go somewhere where someone will be taking care of you, and they immediately start conversation and want to get to know you. Arvid is very personable, and a great hair stylist. I highly recommended!!!

My wife went in there to get her hair trimmed and shaped. The only person on the shop was an old gal named cheyrl. Said she had time My wife showed her pictures and she said she could make her hair look like the pics! She LIED. Not only did she not make it look like the pics. She hacked my wife's hair. I could have done a better job with a chain saw..we left got home and my wife tried to do her Hair. It was so in Even she went back Cheryl made it worse. DON'T GO TO CHERYL! MY wife came home a s CRIED! She called back abs for a hold of Abby. Abby did GREAT JOB fixxing what Cheryl screwed up. She should NOT EVEN touch a pair of hair shears.
