I asked for a trim because I like to keep my hair long in the winter. Ended up with the worst haircut I've had since 2001. Picture the hairline behind your ear...now imagine someone trimming a half inch above the hairline. You can see my scalp above my ear and it itches like crazy. This is no way to pick up new clientele. And to top it off my hair is short. I would never go back there.

Being a sports themed salon, I assumed they would play sports. Wrong they refused to change the channel to UEFA FINAL GAME 2016 because an employee said "I've watched enough soccer and I'm not watching anymore".

Don’t let Martha cut your hair. Didn’t listen to a bit of my instructions and did whatever the hell she wanted with my hair worst haircut I’ve ever had. Had to come back in and have Jenna attempt to fix what Martha did which I appreciated. Also thanks to Jenna I was refunded for the haircut and was given a free haircut in addition to my refund. As much as I don’t like the way my hair was cut that customer service was awesome thanks Jenna.

Waited an hour for one of the quickest, worst haircuts I've had in a long time. I got the MVP treatment but was in no way treated like such. The hairdresser didnt even dry my hair afterwards. No towel or hair dryer. Ridiculous. Never going back.

I used to be a regular customer. Both of my sons still go here. If you have a regular stylist and you can go in on non peak hours you can get a good cut for a reasonable price. Parents frequently bring in small children which causes chaos in the waiting area and staff does not interact in this area. You can call in your name or walk in to get on the list and come back later. If you don't know your stylist the quality of your cut can be a toss up. Also tricky to get into as you have to come in from the Trader Joe entrance on Fabyan Pkwy and navigate the grocery pedestrians.

Great haircuts, well worth the extra cost compared to the generic $7 places. The staff will save notes after each haircut for reference when you go back, which is very helpful. This store is well staffed and the wait isn't very long, even when it seems really busy. Make sure to use the online check-in, it's the best innovation for haircutteries in years. Sports Clips is one of the best online check-in apps around.

I am not sure what is going on with this location, but it is deteriorating from time to time I come there. Today was the worst situation. I came in and there was no one in front and three girls working. Lucky me I thought, I will get my haircut in no time. However, one by one, girls finished their cuts and disappeared in the back. While I was waiting there was 3 more customers showed up. Here we were, 4 customers and no one and I mean no one working in the place.
