My daughter and I went to Michael Graham for a cut and style as we were getting family photos taken that afternoon. The gals that did our hair were wonderful. We thought we would treat ourselves to a little makeup if someone was available. When I say little makeup I meant a small job. We are both very plain Janes and we just wanted a wee bit of color on our face. Guess what Michael Graham wanted to charge us for a wee bit of make-up? $75 each. $150 total!!! I about choked. I thought maybe it was a joke. Needless to say we went to CVS, bought a wee bit of makeup and came home and did it ourselves. Last trip to Michael Graham

I had a bad perm because of bleach in my hair so I came to Michael Graham salon to see if they could help me. I was looking to get a Brazilian blowout hoping it will help my bad perm. So Allison informed me that she was able to do it. I am so happy with the results My hair looks so healthy. Thanks a lot !!!

Linda was great! Very friendly and very accommodating! I was looking for a classic red and she went to the back to find one for me! I was able to make a last minute appointment which was fabulous! I definitely would recommend Linda!

I wandered in here one evening in desperate need of a neck trim (I have a pixie), and they were able to get me in right away with Ashley. She did an amazing job, I knew I had to book a cut and color with her. A few weeks later I came back for my highlight and cut, and she had me in and out in under an hour and half! I was amazed. She is pleasant, quick, professional, and stylish. She got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

You have an amazing staff. My stylist is Kate she is super awesome she never ceases to amaze me I’ve yet to be disappointed with any of my visits. And just this Sunday I booked online a brow & lip wax. It was great to be able to see openings and set an appointment to meet my needs. Stacy was fantastic. I upgraded from lip & brow to a full face. Only because when I booked the appointment I didn’t look further for the detail of the service. Maybe that would be a recommendation, that you list what’s entailed on the service? Just a thought. Thank you again. I love my stylist and I love my, I guess wax girl lol

Worst haircut experience ever. And I have been to hair salons all over the world: Europe, Asia, South America, to mention a few. I have never met a hairstylist lacking professionalism as the one who cut my hair today. Not only I did not get what I asked for, when I told the hairstylist that what she had just done with my hair wasn't what I had asked, she rudely replied: Listen, this is what I do for a living. And instead of trying to fix it to my liking, she started trying to persuade me that what I really want is what she had just done. I am a person who is not used to being treated like an idiot. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you don't go there either. I actually regret being a decent person at sometimes, because to avoid more cumbersomeness I just paid and left. I wish I had the courage to stand up for myself and declined to pay.

What a lovely salon. You start to feel beautiful the moment you step inside and the fragrance of high quality products wafts in the air. A variety of hair care and beauty products are available for you to take home. If you're new, I recommend Kate W. with the stunning black hair for your first adventure. All around a delightful experience that I highly recommend.

The front desk is very welcoming and super polite. I love Rochelle, she always does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. I used to come here for haircuts, but the hair stylist I would go with left. And a different girl cut my hair and didn't listen when I wanted to get my bangs cut. She said I couldn't get bangs because I had a cowlick? Although I've had them in the past. Other than that, I love coming here!
