This salon is above the quality of all others I have ever been to. The staff is very nice and efficient and the providers are all amazing. They keep the spa very clean and relaxing and have several fresh beverage options when you arrive. I was greeted with a smile right when I walked through the door from the front desk staff and my provider came and got me right away. My nails looked amazing when I left and I will never go anywhere else. I have been back for several services and I never leave without a smile on my face.

I have been to Two Rivers twice now and I will return again should I find myself in this part of the country again. My first visit was in July 2015. I was in Idaho helping some friends care for their aged father and needed a massage. I made an appointment with Two Rivers and was completely satisfied with my experience. I returned again to the Boise area on Dec 4 to attend a funeral and help with the details. The first thing I did before I came from Salt Lake was go online and book a massage appointment at Two Rivers. It was one of the best experiences I had. I really felt like I enfolded in angels' wings and everything soothed away. If I need to come to this part of Idaho again, I will certainly make another appointment at Two Rivers & I will book appointments for my friends and family as well.

My husband and I purchased an 80 minute couples deep tissue massage and it was wonderful! It looks like they are doing a makeover and that is a smart move. Things were a little tight, not updated and the waiting area was really uncomfortable which was surprising for a spa.

They need to train their front desk staff. I scheduled a massage and the day of the massage I decided to call them because I had not received a confirmation call for my appointment. To my surprise, they didn't have me on their schedule. Was asked who I scheduled the appointment with and was treated as though I was lying about the appointment. Went here for my birthday. Would have loved to have been greeted with a mimosa or something since I was there for an entire day. The massage was nice and the gel manicure looked awesome. The pedicure was wonderful while looking out over the river. Unfortunately, I developed a rash/infection on my arm after being there. Don't know if it was just a coincidence or from the scrub, but needed to get a prescription cream to clear it up. Staff was friendly. I guess I was just expecting something more since they knew it was my birthday.

I've also been impressed with both the manicures and pedicures here. I noticed there were a few negative reviews, but after reading the comments I have never seen nor heard anything like what was described. Two Rivers certainly tries to do it right in my book!

My experience at Two Rivers was amazing. My mom and I spent the entire day in the spa together. The young ladies at the front desk were very nice and had waters waiting for us when we arrived. We started out our morning with massages in the same room! While we got pedicures and manicures we had a beautiful view of the river and the green belt. All of the providers were extremely nice and accommodating and they all seemed to be very experienced. Overall it was a lovely and much needed spa day with my mom! I would definitely recommend it if you are in need of a relaxing day!

A bit pretentious feeling. Most of the staff come across friendly, whether rehearsed or genuine is up for debate. The stylist I have used continues to do a great job, listens to my requests and provides ideas when asked. Overall a good experience, and I will continue to use them for my haircuts.

Really, really disappointed. My husband paid for the retreat package for my birthday. When I called to book the appointment they said their steam room was broken. So I waited 2 weeks to schedule my appointment for when it would be working. They scheduled my appointment to start at 1pm then called me at 12:30 saying it started at 12. My hour massage ended up only being 25 minutes, at my surprise the steam room was STILL BROKEN so I couldn't get my steam wrap. My facial was ok, the girl who did my nails seemed annoyed and didnt even massage my feet during my pedicure. Never again. $290 for a 25 minute massage, basic facial, and awful pedicure

Decent pedicure. Tech had really long nails herself, so the massage was lacking in pressure. Classy, nice couch-like seating with river view.. Pedicures range from $50-90 and paint colors are chosen from a tablet device.

Karen Lester is the bomb when it comes to my hair and really worked with me to get the color right when the salon made a color product change. No one and nothing is always perfect, but I believe the staff does their best to serve their clients

staff recommended facial creams which i purchased - total cost was $110. I used them exactly as directed for one month and did not see the results I was promised. I called the salon and a nice lady told me to bring the products back for a refund. I drove 30+ miles to the salon with my receipt and they told me I cannot return the products. SO DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS because they can't guarantee results - and they don't guarantee your money back.

If you have wavy or curly hair, don't bother! They cater to individuals with straight hair and will blow or style your hair straight, not curly or wavy. You will leave with a style that's not suited to your facial features or hair, and pay HIGH $$$. Truly not impressed with a salon that's "supposed" to be high end. A true waste of my time and money.

Darby Reid is my Sylist and has been ever since she was in beauty school and won't let anyone else touch my hair. From genuinely showing interest in what I want to making my hair dreams come true Darby is an all around great stylist. I'm especially obsessed with her coloring but also can't pass up a cut from her. She's an all around great sylist not to mention really sweet person. The massage was absolutely amazing and relaxing. My facial was just what I needed and she even dug out a few pores that were a bit clogged. My pedicure however was not as amazing. The gal visited with her coworker the entire pedi. The only time I was talked to was to ask what color I wanted. When she was done she got up and left. No goodbye, have a nice day or anything. I’d definitely go back for a facial or a massage but not a pedicure.

If I could rate this salon 0 stars I would. I had gotten a haircut at Two Rivers and the girl that gave me a haircut ruined my hair. My stylist was very inexperienced. I had asked to get layers and all my layers were uneven she would grab my hair in chunks and just cut it. After I got my haircut she blow dried my hair and it was almost worse as the cut. I had to go to another salon for them to fix the mess. I will definitely not go back to Two Rivers again!

I am really sorry to say that my last visit and the previous were less than enjoyable. I have been using this salon and spa for business functions for the past 3 years. We have gone 2-3 times a year with large parties and in the past been very satisfied. Customer service has really changed, it has not been as great as it used to be. We had services that had to be changed because they didn't have the supplies available, even though we booked in advance. Also we had some concerns and when we went to have them addressed, they were put off due to being too busy and seemed very irritated to have to address. A few of our services were very rushed as well. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.

Recently moved to Boise and was in need of finding someone to cut my hair. Made an appointment and let them pick someone for me. Well, the "hair angels" must have been watching out for me. Darby was my stylist and she gave me a fantastic cut. Love the products she used on my hair. I normally have to flat iron after I blow out, but Darby worked her magic with her products and blow out. That was all I needed to get a "frizz free" look. Love this place and will definitely go back.
