Having a scheduled appointment at 4 p.m. I arrived at 3:50. I was greeted by my stylist Natalie but she did not inform me that she was running late even though I noticed that the customer she was with had wet hair, so she fully knew that I would have to wait past 4 p.m. I waited a full 40 minutes until 4:30 before she finished with the customer she had been working on, during this time I was not offered any water or spoken to at all. Upon finishing Natalie spoke to the person next to me who was scheduled at 4:30, pointing to me she stated to the other customer that she would be cutting my hair next and that the customer would have to wait about 20 minutes, that she was running behind, that she was sorry for the inconvenience and asked the customer if she'd like some water or anything while she waited. I was not afforded the same courtesy, in fact I was ignored, Natalie never actually spoke to me, she only spoke to the customer scheduled after me. Even when I got up to leave, told the customer after me that she could have my place and left the building I was never acknowledged, spoken to, or apologized to by Natalie. I do not know why I did not matter as a customer but the person after me did, I do not know why it did not matter that she lost my business. I haven't been going to Rumors for long, but I had been there before, and had been Natalie's customer before. I will no longer be giving Rumors my business, this is not good customer service.
