If there was a Negative star option, you better bet id take it. We went in to get specific looks, but nothing came out as they should have looked. The woman doing my hair seemed not to care about my hair and bleached much more than I asked for, and she missed much of the hair. The bleach turned out a terrible orange and another stylist said that she could have prevented this and got the color correct easily the first time. 80$ I was charged for this botch job. The other color we got looked like it was a box dye, an 8$ look for 65$.

My daughter went in with a specific look and picture of what she wanted. 8 hours later my daughter was about ready to cry! They didn't do it the way she wanted and told her your going to pay anyway! That was not a problem paying! We will never set foot in there again..they don't know what there doing! Don't say you can do something when you cant!!

They gave me the worst haircut in my life. The woman cutting my hair was talking about having just left rehab and was muttering threats under her breath about the other stylist and the rest of the customers in the waiting area. She completely ignored the style I requested, and I was too terrified to have her change it. Ended up having to keep my hair pulled back for months before being able to have a different salon fix the mess.

My husband and I went in Sunday to get his haircut this was the only place still open when we got to pocatello. The guy who cut my husbands hair did a horrible job didn’t leave the back looking straight wasn’t faded or anything it looked like he put a bowl over his head and did the cut that way. Everytime my husband asked for him to correct it there was this lady by the name of Camille who just kept staring and would laugh everytime my husband had an issue it was very unprofessional my husband became frustrated and just gave up paid him and we went outside .. I decided to go back in to ask for the managers name as I did Camille gave me a hard time and I told her it was very unprofessional to laugh at a client she then got frusterated and started snapping her fingers and pointing at me and arguing with me it made me feel so uncomfortable I’ve never been treated so horrible all because we wanted my husbands hair to be fixed .. horrible service the whole time we were there she was on her phone she did bring food in to eat and she kept coughing in to her hands and touching everything which is disgusting. I went in to get my refund from the manager I walked in and the stylist there didn’t even bother to get up from her chair or get off her phone to greet me the manager did not look taken care of at all you work at a hair salon cmon they weren’t able to give me my refund there she needs to “mail” it to me she did ask me to keep this info only with corporate and no where else but with the horrible experience I have received I want people to know about this place reading the reviews already looks like there’s a lot of people who feel the same way.

My daughter and I wanted a simple trim. I asked for 2” off my hair, and the same for my daughter. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of 1 is because of Paul. Though he barely took 1/4” off my hair, he was very nice, talkative (but not overly talkative), held a nice conversation and was friendly to customers walking in. I’m going to try to figure out a way to post a photo; my daughters hair is seriously crooked, and the top layer is considerably longer than the bottom layer. The gal cutting her hair seemed bothered to be there, being short and put out by having people walk through the door. She was not friendly or welcoming in the least bit. When I’d called prior to our appt, I was given an appt time. I was not advised it’s literally walk in only. When I walked in 10 mins prior to our appt, I was greeted by the gal with a “ugh...its like, a half hour wait.....sooooooo....” I should have walked out then. The most expensive non-trims I’ve ever gotten. I won’t go back, and do not recommend this place if the gal my daughter had is working and you’re lucky enough to get her. Paul needs to get a little more practice and move on - he’s got potential, personality, and promise. This place will just hold him back. Ps - they “guarantee” haircuts up to 7 days. “IF” you’re lucky enough to get a manager to call you back. “IF” you’re lucky enough to get in before they close saying they can’t take more appts. I’ll just chalk it up to a learned lesson.
