She is lovely and works to ensure you get what you want. Energetic and warm. I highly recommend Dez to anyone wanting an incredible hair stylist.

Reception is friendly, but the nail service was not good. Got a Gelish manicure, the color gel wasn't applied to the entire nail, only the center. Next day it was already lifting. I expect more for $30.

I cannot rave enough about Alyssa at Panache. From her sweet and welcoming demeanor, to her amazing skill she can work on any type of hair! She is patient when trying to understand what her customer is looking for and will always ask her client follow up questions to ensure they get exactly what they want. If the client doesn’t know what they want, she is awesome about providing recommendations. I have never been disappointed when leaving Alyssa’s chair and look forward to the next visit!

Best service I've had in a beauty parlour so far! Before even touching my hair, Amber spent almost half an hour dicussing solutions for my very dehydrated hair, made sure to pay attention to my requests and offered some great input and very smart suggestions on what I wanted to do with my hair. ***Panache is AMAZING! Ask for Orlay he did amazing! “Barber” So, I moved here from SLC, Utah a little over a week ago. I have always been the type to sick with the same barber. It’s always scary going to someone new! Orlay got it right very similar if not the exact same cut as I would get back home! It’s perfect. Loved it so much that I purchased a 6 cut package ☺️ Highly recommend reasonable prices and the vibes

Called and scheduled a prenatal massage, and even asked multiple times if they do prenatal massages and was told yes! I drove all the way from the other side of nampa, only to walk in and be told they don’t have the right “prenatal” pillows so I couldn’t get the massage. Maybe don’t advertise a service that you don’t have the equipment for. Pretty frustrating for a 9 month pregnant waddling woman.

I have always really loved Aveda salons and have gone to them throughout Colorado and Idaho. You can expect really good service here, and when you walk in they give you some tea or water which is great. The administrative staff here has always helped me quickly and happily. I have gone to two stylists here, and my favorite is Aubriana- although I'm not sure that's how you spell her name. She is friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. One con for me here is that almost all the hair products contain gluten or wheat products and I am allergic to wheat. There's only 3 things out of all their products that I can put on my head and I hope the larger company starts to consider this when making the products. Wheat is one of those allergies where I can't have it touch me or else I get rashes and break out. Both my stylists here at panache have been really careful to check everything and I appreciate that.

I liked my stylist (had) a nice conversation with her. I liked my color and cut. However the color was not washed out completely. The back of my head had enough color I couldn’t touch it without making my fingers brown. And another bummer was I liked my blow dry but I had to wash it immediately when I got home because of the color left in. My last complaint is that the salon reached out to me for my review and never followed up with me when I told my experience. No apology or explanation. 5/29/19 I still haven't heard back from Panache about my service.

Alyssa at Panache is amazing! I never really know what I want, and usually give her some type of an idea and she can just go with it. Not only is she great with hair, but her personality is fun and out going. She makes sitting in a chair go by so quick. If you haven't checked her out you should. She is great personality wise and an amazing cosmetologist!

Nice experience overall. Based on my observations, the front desk customer service experience could improve. When I walked in, several glasses and some trash (gum wrappers etc) were on the table in the waiting area. When I was checked in, I was not offered water or tea. My hair stylist was nice and cut the perfect length for my hair. As I was leaving, they were going around cleaning up trash/used glasses so I may have just hit the "perfect storm" timing. It was still a nice experience but for the price, the customer service could have been a little better. My stylist was great though!

Would not recommend their nail services. Not really sure how a mani/pedi got up to over $100 but was told after the fact that it is $10 on both finger nails and toe nails to remove gel polish even if you are getting gel put back on....another $15. So $10 (removal)+$10 (removal) +$15 (add gel)+ $15 (add gel)= an additional $50 on top of the regular mani:pedi price

It took me some time to decide how I wanted to rate my experience with Panache after my hair appointment. I love their products and thought I should try their unique hair service too. The online ratings seemed great so I went in! I was so disappointed. I went in to lift color and that's what happened but my inexperienced stylist made a mess of my hair and I had to have it fixed not once more but twice!! I think the reason I'm adding 1star rating st all is because the front desk tried so hard to make up for it and that counts! The third time it still wasn't great, but what else was i to do. I had to pay my babysitter both times ( 4.5 hour service that went very badly and for the third time I went in) and pay Panache partially for the "job". I'm not one who likes arguing so I just paid. The first time my stylist had the nerve to mention she couldn't dry my hair, like what??? Have you ever left with wet hair from your salon? Does that have you leaving the salon feeling great? And it's winter. I was patient with her and wasn't rude at all. I explained at the front desk what had happened so they offered to help and thankfully the services of my second visit were welcoming, but unfortunately the damage was done and the sweet stylist that helped did what she could and quickly, she was great. But it's safe to say that obviously she was great because she was paired up with me for that sole purpose because whoever else worked on my hair before was not, so someone had to carefully be chosen- and again I appreciate it but it could have been done from the beginning. I'm now thinking about what I'll do for my touch up in a few weeks. I'm nervous to go back in and have something go wrong, honestly I can't go to waste money or time like this. With two babies at home, I don't have the time for things to not be done right the first time. All at once, I'm also afraid to go to another salon because Aveda hair products are so different and another place may not know how Aveda products work and mixing in something else sounds like a bad idea.Overall, I'm thankful that Panache was willing to help, but I don't get this time back, and the experience has left my hair with damage I've never delt with before with previous hair colorings, even after a deep conditioning they offered. It's getting better but It could have been minimal. I know that there are very talented people at Panache, but as a first time visitor to their hair care, I wish an expert would have been given to me the first time, because it seemed as though it was easy for them to decide who was qualified to use Aveda products and who was not. On the fence about where to go for my touch up.

Update: Still love Kelly!! But I wanted to add she now cuts my girls hair, one has sensory issues and Kelly is very patient with her and very quick, keeping my daughters anxiety to a minimum. Kelly is the best! She does amazing things to my stubborn greys!
