She was very professional, showed me a good lip color that would work well with my skin tone (I was looking at the glosses when she came to get me). I have been a loyal customer of Shunri for eight years. She is amazing. Unfortunately, panache is a poorly managed company and I will no longer be a customer. I received a voicemail a week ago telling me that they needed my credit card or mgmt would cancel my appointment. This was very unexpected and suspicious. As a customer for eight years this had never happened. I was on vacation and called when I returned. I told them it sounded like a scam. I was told that it was a new policy and that there were notes in the file that my appointment, which was only one week away, was still there just waiting for verification. I called back to give my credit card number, but no one answered. When I showed up today for my appointment, I was told that it had been canceled. I never received a phone call or an email letting me know that it was canceled! What a terrible way to treat loyal customers. I still love Shunri, but can’t do business with Panache.

I absolutely love Panache- but I come specifically for Jenn Herrera, who is AMAZING! I have very curly hair, and was used to Oiudad salons on the east coast, which any woman who has curly hair is likely familiar with. Jenn not only does a fabulous job with my hair, but also with my three daughters who have varying degree of curl, as well beautiful styling for special occasions! I highly recommend anyone at Panache, but specifically Jenn, especially if you have curly hair.

This has been my hubby and I's go-to salon for our Anniversary almost every year. I called all 3 locations to schedule a couples massage for our Anniversary, which is in a month, and all 3 locations stated they only have 1 therapist. According to their website, they still offer couple's massage so not sure how that's possible with one therapist. I called a different salon that we've never been to and they had no problem booking us. A bit disappointed in not being able to uses our normal spa but excited to try a new one.

The address for the meridian location is online, posted with the phone number for the Boise location. So when my bf called and set up a happy bday color/cut I showed at meridian location only to find out it's not open. Huge waste of time/money/gas/energy dealing with this place. By the time I got back home and figured out how this all happened, they offered to have me come in to Boise location but by that time they could only offer the color OR cut but not both. Seriously?? You just lost at LEAST a hundred bucks for today PLUS all the times I will never be coming back. Seriously lacking on your customer service.

I have been coming to panache since 2011 and it is my favorite salon. However I needed to schedule with a different hair dresser and ended up not getting what I wanted as far as the color I payed really good money and got a partial foil when I had booked for a full foil and payed for a full foil. They got me in for a color correction within a couple days and I am very very happy with the color Ciara did my color correction and did an awesome job. I am so happy with how my blonde hair looks now! She really did a wonderful hair color and was super quick. I am a pleased customer with panache. They go above and beyond to satisfy their clientele.

Jennifer Herrera is a hair expert and the best stylist in Boise, hands down. When I first met her I was in the midst of a hair crisis, my hair was a slew of crazy colors and badly damaged from a previous salon. She is a color specialist and in one visit was able to fix my color problem. I have been going to Jennifer ever since and would never go anywhere else. She stays up on all the latest styles, colors, products, techniques and trends and always has new ideas when I come to see her. She has a great attitude and is so easy and fun to talk to, it makes the time in the chair fly by. I get compliments on my hair all the time and recommend her to everyone I know!

Shame on these nicer salons to charge so much for nothing special. I went to panchae salon at the village meridian. I got the most basic pedicure: Gel removal. Nails filed and cut, a two second lotion rub, and gel polish. Nothing against the technician she did a good job but I paid $75 including a 15% tip. It should have been a $35 pedicure. I have no problem paying a decent amount for something special but it was absolutely nothing special. On top of that I called to see if I could push my appointment back 30 min and they said no. When we got there on time they didn’t take us back until 18 min after our appointment start time. I will never go to this place ever again. I can’t find a decent place in eagle or meridian to get my nails/toes done. I have been here two years and I have not found a single good place.

Great facility and atmosphere! Staff is really nice! Prices are descent for the atmosphere and level of service they provide. I had a massage from Michelle and she did a great job! She asked me about essential oils before we started and used hot towels throughout the massage which was fantastic! My only complaint was that she did not spend very long on my legs but when you only have 60 minutes it's hard to spend very long on most places, I should have booked a 90 minute massage!

The worst place I have ever gone to get my hair and makeup done!!! I was told by both the girls they didn’t have time to do the style I wanted and also said they don’t specialize in anything I wanted done! Had the girl put fake lashes on and they aren’t even blended with the real ones. You can clearly tell they are fake! Never been more disappointed with my hair & makeup! So now I have to go spend double the money to have it all fixed! Would never even suggest my worst enemy to go there!

I had an appointment with Jennifer Herrera, arrived a bit early so the receptionist seated me in a beautiful hushed waiting area and offered me water, coffee or tea. Current fashion magazines were placed on tables about the room and I settled back for a relaxing wait. Jennifer appeared shortly and greeted me warmly guided me through a beautiful salon ( the colors, the lighting, decor) past friendly stylists, and to her space to discuss what I wanted (new color, new style) I showed Jennifer some pictures and we discussed my ideas and then she performed beautiful magic. I had my hair colored and recolored the next day (to try to get the right blonde) and wasn’t happy with it. I got talked into a trim I didn’t want and got charged an outrageous amount. I also got the rudest complainants that my kids were there and said they couldn’t finish my hair cause my kids were being loud. Which they weren’t. I will never go back and hope people think twice about going here.

Disregarded what I asked for and gave me white zebra stripes instead. Had my hair done tonight and the stylist showed me a sample, I told her I wanted something warmer and she said it would look warmer and the sample didn’t provide the true color (what’s the point of the sample then?). After she finished I told her politely that it wasn’t what I asked for and she said I would get used to it and sent me out the door. $110 later I have ash, grey, and platinum zebra stripes instead of a a warm melt that I asked for. I look 10 years older with my new grey striped hair. I’m calling tomorrow to see if they will fix it and update this review accordingly.... Update: the manager called me back after I left a message and he was very accommodating. He got me in the next day and I saw a new stylist, Tammy, who fixed my hair. She did a great job consulting with me and I appreciated the time she spent with me, making sure we were both on the same page. I did have to pay the difference, but I was fine with that. I'm not in love with the final product, but I think it's because it was difficult to fix the first error. They made it right and we're professional about it.
