I have been going to Great Clips for about 5 yrs now and I can say that without a doubt it’s one of the best places to get your haircut. Not only is it a great place to get your haircut but the people who work there are always very professional and very nice. Like for example one of the hairstyles that works there her name is Leticia, she is very good with kids, she’s always being requested by not only the kids but by adults as well, including myself. I highly recommend it and by the way they have this new system that you can download, called an app and install into your phone. With this app you can setup your appointment ahead of your visit and not have to wait to much when you get there.

I went to Great Clips to have my long hair cut short in preparation for chemotherapy. Juli did a great job and let me know that my hair could be donated, which brightened my day considerably. We checked in online before going and had a very short wait. I will absolutely go back... when I have hair again! Thank you Juli!

I started coming here on the recommendation of a friend. I came in with him a couple of times and decided I wanted to go with Erica. Her style And manner seemed fun and adventurous.I have short hair so come in every five weeks or so. Erica was fantastic from the beginning, listening to what I wanted and giving her honest opinions especially when I asked for them. Thanks to her I get compliments on my hair all the time-It’s short so the cut and style really matter. I can’t believe it’s been two years but I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Nancy does a fabulous job on my biracial hair! Her techniques are current and you can tell that she stays up with the trends. On top of that, I went to another location and did not have a good experience, so I called the Great Clips in Avon and explained it and they were able to fix the 'bad cut' from the other location at no charge. This particular location in Avon also ALWAYS has the products I need and love and every time that I've been in, the products have been buy one get one half off. All the staff is friendly and they even speak highly of their franchise owner. Nancy is an amazing asset to Great Clips of Avon!

I just can't justify going here anymore. Not once have they actually followed the examples we bring in or instructions. Today was the last time for me and my nephew. Despite picking out an example from their own references, they literally chopped all of his hair off except a tuft in the front. Does it grow back? Yes, but it looks awful. Now I have to find another place to go to see if they can fix it.

After being greeted tonight with a huge eye roll by the woman who ended up cutting my son's hair, she intentionally cut bangs into his hair that are about a half inch from the top of his hair line. I was not charged and will never go back. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow. Unbelievable. If I could post a picture here I would.

Checked in on the app and it indicated a 23 minute wait time. Went to the location and continued to sit for another 90 minutes. The staff were pleasant enough and the hairstyle was nice; however, the wait time was ridiculous. What is even the point in checking in beforehand? Five stars for the staff and price; but, one star for the app.

They said they have time for a walk, when she starts cutting the she kept saying "i have no time" then rushed through. Don't waste your time here. They had time for a walk in because they have no returning customers. If Jill sees this you should take care of every customer there is something called Google review.

Worst rushed haircut I’ve ever had. Just had my hair cut and couldn’t wait to leave a review because I am beyond frustrated. The lady cutting my hair (5 letters, starts with an E) was more focused on keeping her tools cleaned by quickly wiping them off and spraying them before putting them back in her drawer than doing a good job. She didn’t cut my hair evenly at all, didn’t do the front, didn’t do around my ears, didn’t really do anything besides “clean” her tools. I’m about to call Supercuts and see if they can fix this problem after calling the manager and asking for a refund because this is horrible. I’m never coming back in.

My wife went to this place to have a shampoo and style because, due to an injury, she is not able to currently do her hair. We arrived at 9:00, which is when they open,she was checked in, and we sat down to wait. 15 minutes later another employee told her there wouldn't be anyone to do styling until 10 even though there were 2 employees working. They either need to tell people this when they first arrive or they need to have someone there first thing to do all services when they open. Took our business elsewhere because we weren't sure if they actually would have someone there at 10 or if there was the possibility we'd have to wait even more. Would not recommend.

Relatively cheap average haircut. Not great, not horrible. Be sure to register online, walk-ins will be continuously bumped down the list and only taken when all the online people are done. I have waited as much as 2 hours with my daughter & left without a haircut before.

Faster and cheaper than the local salon or barber, a wise person said service can be two of the following, good, fast or cheap. This is faster and cheaper. Hair gets shorter here. People do not seem to stay. Employees rarely seem happy to have customers.

I took my son here to get a haircut before his award ceremony later this evening. I told the "stylist" exactly how I wanted his hair cut. I told her he likes the skaterboy cut. Long on top and he likes the bottom trimmed up with clippers. She cut All of his hair off! All she did was go by the year old notes in the cpu and proceed to argue with me. I've never really trusted great clips but I thought I'd give it another chance. I regret that decision.

Okay experience. My stylist seemed like she was in a hurry. There was no asking, "How does it look?" She thought she was done but my haircut was lopsided and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix it. I ended up getting the haircut I wanted, even if it was an inconvenience for her. I'll be back, but will go with a different stylist next time.

Last Friday I got my haircut by Alicia (hopefully I spelled her name correctly). She did a killer job! What I asked for a total style change which is risky with my wild hair type - dry and curly. It has a mind of it's own and the parting was totally different than before. I also like to straighten it for work which makes cutting and styling even harder. Her amazing work exceeded my expectations and it looks great curly or straight! I will not only ask for her in the future, I highly recommend her.

I’ve been taking my kids here for over a year. It’s hit or miss with their haircuts, even though it’s the same one I request every time. Now I stress over how it’s going to turn out whenever I take them in. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on that’s more consistent.

I have taken my boys there several times due to convenient location and speed. Unfortunately, no matter what I tell the stylists, my boys get the same cut. Last time, my 6 year old got a mohawk style as requested by my son - this disguised the hacked up hair style that she had given him which I discovered after the mohawk was removed in the bath. His hacked up hair now sticks out all over the place and looks worse than when I took him. So disappointing! I bought some sissors and a clipper because I honestly cannot imagine being able to do a worse job without any training!

I have been bringing my son here for a while now. He is almost 3. We got coupon in mail it expired yesterday I called lastnight and explained my son had been sick and we couldnt come in until today. The lady told me to come in and talk to the manager on duty and she would have no problem taking the coupon. When we came in this morning the manager said she couldnt take the coupon. I asked why. She said it wasnt her store. This is a poor way to do business for people that come in all the time.

I am not one to write negative post. However this was the worst service I have ever gotten since I have started to get my hair washed from a salon. I walked in and they didn’t even ask me what I was wanting done to my hair. The lady was getting me ready to cut my hair and I just came in to get it washed and dried and I was thinking of getting it curled just a little. So after she washed my hair she had me brush it out than places me under a hair dryer. Needless to say I walked out of the store with a wet head and cold outside. I would have paid the $26 dollars to have my hair washed and blow dried instead I $6 for washed and kinda dried!! Unfortunately I will not be returning to this Paticular Great Clips. On another note the ladies were real friendly!!

The stylist only cut one side of my head. The other side she simply did not touch. I didn’t fully inspect the job before leaving and will have to go back tomorrow morning to try and get my haircut fixed before going on a business trip. Very disappointed. Will not return except to try and get the mistake fixed.
